I am writing this review for you all this evening after a HORRIBLE experience with the Lynden Store. Not only was my order was incorrect, when I called to get it fixed, I was met an extremely condescending attitude and a Supervisor/Manager that has no business in a customer service position. We ordered Westside Pizza like we often do, but the wrong sauce was given for the second time in a fairly short period of time for my wings. I was clear that I wanted Buffalo Sauce, but I received BBQ, once again. When I called to correct the situation, all I encountered was attitude from a bunch of children. I tried to reason with the Supervisor/Manager who would not even provide me with his name, and only offered me a 10% discount on my order. Keep in mind, I order at least once a week, every week for $40-80+ in revenue at that location. I have been doing that for well over two years as Westside Pizza has been my "Go To" for quick calories in a pinch after my workouts. While I am extremely annoyed that children were hired to do an adult's job, which are highly disrespectful to consistently loyal customers, there are plenty of other local restaurants that will be happy to receive my consistent and loyal business. Those newer ones in the pipeline in particular like On Rice and Mod Pizza. Nami, El Ranchito, and Chandara House will also be receiving my money instead. read more

Love the crew. pizza is great, I get a pepperoni with bacon, pineapple, and shake parm. Always fast and the nuggets are gas. Store looks nice inside and I like the mascot pizza Johnson. There is also two pokestops and tons of gyms nearby in Pokémon go. read more

I hate leaving bad reviews but this Lynden location of Westside is breaking food safety. The young people that work there are friendly!! But sadly, this place is not run well. Workers go from handling money straight to touching food, no washing hands or wearing gloves. We've had hair in our pizza twice! Just not acceptable. Well I ordered a supreme pizza and boy was I disappointed. It was more like eating a bread pizza with sauce and some cheese because there was no substance on it whatsoever. A few little chunks of meat and vegetable but that was about it. All three of us that were eating it had one piece and decided to eat something else. It was saved for the next day where I added pepperoni and sliced tomatoes to make it edible but threw out the crust. Westside has definitely gone downhill from what I remember. At least put something on your pizza like "meat". We should've went to Coconut Kenny's. We won't be making that mistake again. read more

Westside pizza Lynden is just bad. I ordered a pizza recently that had a hair in it. Called and they were shocked I wanted a new one that same night. Never offered to deliver it since I came and did take out. Barely said they were sorry. Next pizza I orders tasted like cinnamon, liked they cooked a desert pizza in the same pan and didn't wash it out. Stay away... unless you like mediocre pizza. I would order from Westside at least once a week, not anymore. I forgot they also run out of toppings, are you kidding me! Just plan bad all around. I ordered a pizza tonight to have while watching the Sunday night game. The pizza got here and once I opened it, it looked like the picture I attached. This is the third time this has happened (I have been a loyal customer for a long time). I called the store to speak with the manager. The manager introduced himself as Tanner or Danner, I couldn't quite make it out. I told him what had happened and that this was the third time something like this had happened. He got a shitty attitude with me and said, "Well, we can make you another pizza but I want that one back." So, I ordered a pizza because my family and I were hungry, paid $30 for it, waited about 50 minutes for it to arrive, called the MANAGER and got the attitude but now I have to wait until the new pizza to get here. I paid $30 for a pizza that I didn't get to eat for almost 2 hours. No discount didn't get to keep the messed up pizza and got treated like garbage. I'm done with this store. Go to Papa Murphy's or Dominos. I hope Brian McCurdy knows what's going on at his store. read more

Continuous begin disappointed and inconsistent. Order pizza every Friday. Sometimes it comes cold, not well done or the wrong order. Has happened more than once. Now they won't deliver unless I send $40 plus delivery. I am 6 miles away. Would pay additional delivery fee but will never use $40 worth of pizza. Now they left me in the pouring rain and instead of coming to my car; I could see they wanted me to come to them. Then they said they didn't write my card number down right. Go back to the car; thankfully, I had the card with me. Stood in the rain more with my pizza getting wet. No customer service, no call back for the card. Westside pizza is by far the best. The people here are always so friendly (and apologetic if the pizza is late or wrong --they always make it up to me with a free pizza occasionally and an instant remake if there's a messup. A decently young staff but all seem really cool and the conversations I overhear never fail to make me smile and on occasion laugh along with them. The female employees have also been a nice addition making the interactions a little less intimidating. read more

Just received my pizza order. Large(14 inch) at $20.08 cents plus $2 for driver. Pepperoni and sausage. Total of 5 very thinly sliced one inch diameter pepperoni. 8 pieces of ground sausage each about the size of half a sugar cube. About 1/3 of pieces had no meats at all. Very dry , lack of oils from meat. It's never been great but this is just a rip off. Any frozen pizza would have been better. Last time they get to separate me from my cash. read more

Pizza's good; fairly greasy as are most pizzas. Their dessert pizza is great; don't order it. You'll then want to order more and more of them. We've done both delivery and pickup and always had a good experience with their customer service. read more

Not sure what happened during/after the move from Meridian to downtown Lynden, but the staff and service have seriously declined. I am a big fan of the actual pizza, but deliveries are ALWAYS late (often followed by rude drivers), in-store service is no longer courteous (always too occupied with joking around to each other), and their drivers often reckless, unprofessional, and yet again show a serious lack of good customer service.... This is the worst place for pizza in town. If you want overpriced average pizza come here they make the dough but all of the toppings come out of plastic bags its like the Taco Bell of pizza. My pizza was very undercooked and doughy. As I waited I think the manager was playing on the computer while another employee was texting the whole time all while just one young kid slowly made my pizza. Will not be back. First off the cheese bread was good so no complaints there. However the pizza was laughable. Essentially 18.99 for a medium (they call it a large) "Gourmet" veggie. What's so gourmet? Sundried tomatoes and artichoke hearts. I think I found one artichoke heart and there may have been a sundried tomato per slice. There is nothing gourmet about it. Seriously I don't care for Little Caesars but save your money and get Little Caesars instead. They at least put some toppings on it. If you want better pizza that's worth the extra money and you actually get some toppings then you should go to Milt's. read more
