I got this through a Doordash deal and definitely wouldn't order it again even with the deal. I got a large pepperoni pizza. Crust was reminiscent of Little Caesars. Very little sauce, so little I can't honestly comment on it. Cheese was fine. Pepperoni was fine. I'd honestly say any of the big delivery places will be better than this pizza. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and a salad. It was so bad, I'm genuinely annoyed that I paid for it. I should have gotten little ceasers. I picked it because despite yelp, they had good reviews on door dash. The cheese sucked, the sauce wasn't good. The pepperoni was sparse. I got a salad with ranch. Slow. Routinely nearly a half hr to get a simple pizza or just wings. Wings are good and tender. Pizza is just OK.

I've ordered about 4-5 times and man, these guys are friendly af. Pizza always taste great and everything is accurate.

Westside Pizza has put a whole lot of advertising into social media, so when they had a 50% sale for the company's 30th anniversary, I had to try it out. The location is a small outfit in the Safeway shopping center in North Richland near the Hallmark and cigar place. The luau-wow pizza had a lot of toppings, and the crust was nice and chewy. The pizza was ready on time. Regular price seems a little pricey, but I guess this is a more gourmet pizza experience than the usual fast food pizza chains. read more

I heard about this new place and thought we would give it a try. We understand that when starting any new restaurant, there will be hitches in the giddyup, so grace granted. We ordered online for pickup. As I arrived in the parking lot, I got the text that our order was ready to pickup. Inside, there is one register and there were six parties in front of me, each going through menu choices. By the time I paid for my order, the pizza and cheesesticks were nearly cold. And that sucked. My advice for the manager: Have a separate pay station for online orders, or don't take orders for pickup. I imagine that the pizza itself would've been better if not cold (or microwaved in our case). My preference is the wood-fired style, but this reminded me of pizzas back in college (1980s) ... a bit nostalgic. We will prolly give them another try in a month or two. Understanding this is a new place for this franchise and having enjoyed their pizza at their other locations, the four of us thought we would give it a try. Ordered a large Hawaiian Pizza to split and a Caesar salad for one of us and just wanted 4 waters to drink. The employee at the register seemed rather clueless and added $.99 to the salad price for 'Ranch' dressing for the $11.99 salad. When she tallied it up I saw on the register tape 2 soft drinks at $2.50 each. I told her we didn't want soft drinks, just water (why only 2 showed up I don't know). She said that's right. I say "$2.50 for a glass of water?". So she said she'll go back and ask the manager and verifies that. I was about ready to say forget it all and walk out but since there were guests with me I didn't want to argue & with folks waiting behind me so took my $5 worth of plastic cups and figured we'd share our water. Well, when I sat down and looked at the receipt and thought 'shouldn't a salad come with dressing and not have an extra charge?'. I went back up and said "doesn't the Caesar salad come with Caesar dressing already?" So she goes back to the manager and asks, comes back with a different gal and they say yes it comes with dressing. So I say "then refund me the 99 cents extra you charged". She says she can't give me a refund back to my credit card but could give me credit for a future visit. I told her I don't believe I'll ever be back so just give me a dollar and we'll call it even. I asked this second gal (who had a red shirt on and I assume was an assistant manager) "is a plastic glass of water really $2.50 ($2.73 with tax)? So she goes back to the manager guy and asks and he says "yeah it's not free ya know" in a surly tone. I took my dollar and we waited and ate our pizza, salad and shared our $5 water and listened to him be surly to other customers. This is obviously a guy with no customer service skills and a bad attitude and will be our first and last visit there. Plenty of other good pizza restaurants around TriCities.
