I thought I had injured my knee from lifting, but it was actually due to an imbalance in my upper body that was causing nerve pinching that radiated to the knee. After 3 sessions with Ben and 3 weeks of consistent at-home drills, the pain completely went away. I was able to get back to lifting in the gym in less than a month, pain-free! Ben and his staff are super knowledgeable and truly care for their patients. I am a LPI patient for life!

I was training for a half marathon when my injuries happened and with Wendy, I was able to run and complete the race, even though there was some pain, it was manageable and the pain didn't happen til much later. Scheduling is easy, the gym and rooms are clean. Staff were all super friendly. I think what I love most is that some physical therapy offices have you see the PT for just a few mins and then they send you off to work with an aide or assistant. At LPI you stay with your PT the entire session. I plan to go back and do some check ins to hopefully prevent future issues or injuries.

It's also difficult to get through on the phone because they're so busy but leave a message and they'll get back to you. The office is humble and the gym is a little beat up but all of the equipment works. I've been to other therapists where the office and equipment is fancy. But they just put you on a timer and leave you to yourself. I don't dig that. They are only open for a short amount of time on Tuesdays/Thursday's and Fridays, so ask about scheduling. Parking is sometimes nonexistent but I'm almost positive there's parking in the back as well although less convenient. Give them a shot, they won't disappoint!

The therapist and assistants have been so helpful and caring. This has been by far one of the best places for physical therapy that I have been too! Even just after 3 sessions I do believe I'm healing. The exercises and cold packs and heat packs that they do feel so good. Since February/March of this year my shoulder issues went from random pain to full blown forzen shoulder. After their assessment, I had an EMTT and Shockwave initial session that offered a free one-hour Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. From the initial improvement I experienced I signed up to their package deal where I get both ShockWave and EMTT regenative therapy. My range of motion has improved greatly and the immense pain has significantly reduced. I have two more therapy sessions left. You have nothing to lose to check them out and if you do take the package deal, do not forget to do the exercises suggested if you want to improve.
