It's also difficult to get through on the phone because they're so busy but leave a message and they'll get back to you. The office is humble and the gym is a little beat up but all of the equipment works. I've been to other therapists where the office and equipment is fancy. But they just put you on a timer and leave you to yourself. I don't dig that. They are only open for a short amount of time on Tuesdays/Thursday's and Fridays, so ask about scheduling.
