My cat was extremely anxious and panting so we left without him receiving his exam or booster shots. What really got me was the notice on the wall that if you, the customer, were 10 minutes late, they would cancel your appointment. They did not seem to care the vet was over 3 times as late, my time did not matter. I will not be going back as there are many other choices and are not as arrogant as this office.
