She apparently does not have a license to seel anything except mobile homes, and thus no outside agents brought any buyers to out home. She could not sell our home and it was listed for 5 months. She does not list on the national MLS, only on her site and the listing services like Zillow, Redfin, ect. She used people (also not real agents) to show our home in "open houses" where that person had zero leads and sat there reading most of the time. In addition Lily's "team" cost us hundreds of extra dollars in repairs to the fixes her people did. Lily is a nice person. But when things got tough for us, she would not return our calls. Thankfully, we were able to find a cash buyer on our own. Lily Pigg failed us, big time. Use caution listing with her company.

HVMH is a senior (defined as age 55+) mobile home community. HVMH has units available for rent and others which are owned by tenants. My wife and I rented a unit for 9-months at HVMH while our home was being remodeled. A huge benefit for renters is that HVMH is a simple month-to-month rental agreement. There is no minimum lease period. I had conducted an extensive search for a temporary home but continued hitting road blocks of minimum 1-year leases. I was so relieved when Carl explained their month-to-month rental agreement. This provided my wife & I flexibility to adjust our stay duration based upon changes in our remodel schedule. Our neighbors and every resident we met at HVMH were wonderful! HVMH has a clubhouse, swimming pool and hot tub available to residents. Most units have access to citrus trees. We picked the best oranges and grapefruit we had ever tasted! Being a senior community has an added benefit for HVMH is a very quiet neighborhood. Carl and Brian were excellent, courteous and responsive landlords. HVMH is A-OK!
