We're blessed to have this place so close to our home. The folks running this farm are AWESOME...and make you feel like you're the most important customer they've ever had. I'm pretty sure they do this for everyone.

Amazing. Their Apple cider donuts are a 10/10. I plan on coming back here every time I'm in New England during the fall. They were warm, soft, and so cinnamony! Didn't have the chance to try any of their fresh produce, or look into much else as we were picking up the donuts for relatives, but will definitely be back soon.

We went apple picking today and had a great time. The staff are very friendly and kind. The apples taste great and are being made into a pie as I type. A lot of fun photo ops too!

Stopped here for Apple Cider Donuts and they were yummy! Nice place to take a break to grab something to eat and drink and sit on their patio area.

This is a really nice little pick your own. It is not what I would say is a typical 'pick your own orchard', it is a bit smaller and they have the store and sandwich shop up front. That being said, the blueberries that we just picked were some of the best we have had outside of VT or ME. The price was in line with the rest other orchards and the lady on the inside was very friendly. So if you are looking for a place that is quick and easy with great fruit, this is the place. And seriously, we had the blueberries on the right, close to the front. They were of the smaller variety but very sweet.

They have a very nice and spacious front porch where you can drink a coffee and eat a breakfast sandwich.

I was looking for a quieter orchard tucked away from the crowds (and yes, I realize that such a…read morething at the height of the season is nonexistent) but Carver Hill actually fit the bill. From Boston, it's a scenic drive out to Stow. I couldn't stop gushing over the foliage on the way there - I've turned into a total leaf peeper. Carver Hill is absolutely stunning in the fall, definitely worth a trip. Pleasantly surprised to find the lot half-empty when we arrived on the later side of a Saturday but then it filled up by the time we left around 3. To your right, as soon as you drive in, you'll see an area with pumpkins and the farm store - this is also where you get PYO fruit/veggies if you're paying with credit. If you have cash on hand, you can pay for a bag at the little stand right in front of the orchard. A peck (the smaller bag) was $25. I was a little skeptical at the size but it's a good deal if you really pack your apples in there. From there, the apple orchard. Not the biggest I've been to and the selection was understandably limited. We missed the sign to download the QR code for a map of the orchard and so had to rely on a photo of a thin pole with all the names/colors wrapped around it. Don't forget to stop at the store before you leave. I grabbed some pumpkin pie, jam, and an apple cider donut - they also have apple cider slushies and multiple flavors of ice cream. The donut was THE BEST, made fresh, almost falling apart, thick and generous coating of cinnamon and sugar (also tasted nutmeg and allspice in the coating). Absolutely worth waiting in the line for, but make sure to pay first and get a little yellow receipt/tag from the register before you get in line for the donuts.

I came to Carver Hill Orchards on a Sunday and there weren't too many people there. I've heard some…read moreof the nearby orchards like Honey Pot are much busier. A lot of the apple types weren't available, but the ones they had were great! The store on site was very cute and reminded me of Vermont. The apple cider donuts were delicious, but the apple cider was served cold.

We had driven by several times but never had a moment to make a purposeful visit. We certainly were not disappointed. The country store had plenty of gorgeous, fresh baked goods to choose from and also such a variety of produce. I bought some bright orange carrots and a cheddar and chive scone (which we since then have bought two more times because it's packed with flavor and delicious). There are so many other baked goods I want to try when I have the time to drop by and room in my diet...haha There is also a seafood stall outside the farm store which is year round mostly and looks to have good quality products. I can't wait to buy fish from them soon as well! Thank you so much Spring Brooks for existing and having genuinely delicious food and happy employees!

I love going in the fall to get pumpkins and fall produce. When we went there were HUGE bins of apples outside, along with heirloom tomatoes, blueberries, raspberries, and some fresh squash. It is a bit on the more expensive side but you're paying for quality and supporting a local business. I could spend hours here and still find more to love. They have something for everyone so I'd definitely recommend to stop by!

The description of a 6 ounce sirloin and lobster was underwhelming, and the meat was tough. Even the presentation of the dish was sub par. I was shocked at the smattering of tiny lobster bits tossed on the plate. At first I thought they forgot the lobster, there was so little of it, it was hard to find. The fingerlings were undercooked, certainly not smashed as described, and the whole meal came out warm not hot. The asparagus which might have been cleaned correctly came out looking charred and limp. Here's my problem, if you charge $56. For a plate then it should present as an expensive dish. The flavor of the Bearnaise, was okay, but at lukewarm it was Lackluster. My husband and daughter said their meal was tasty, but no one felt it would be a restaurant to go back to. I also ordered sparkling water and before we realized it, 2 bottles were brought and opened when one would have been enough. My beer came out warm not cold. The food took quite awhile to get, which would not have been a problem if the meal was great. Over all I was very disappointed. I am a world traveler and do tend to have high standards but it did not appear there was a standard for excellence at this restaurant. Not a do again, I am sorry to report.
