This store isn't a fish store although there's fish, it's more of a plant for aquarium's store. The entire staff are friendly, professional and very attentive. I left a message that was returned within 24 hours and had an appointment for my two fur babies within a week. I understood the assignment to ask for Earl. I sure all groomers are equally talented. While I waited, I was impressed with how they knew each client and not just their own! Tank was shaking and the staff member behind the desk came out and worked to comfort him. It was super sweet! Earl came out and listened toy concerns, asked questions to better understand the pups and then off they went. 3 hours later both dogs were ready (very impressed as they were a hot mess and i thought it would take longer) They were handsome and very happy! Earl talked me through what he did along with giving me more natural ways of treating the awful yeast that has plagued Tank since moving to WA. This is the happiest day of my life . I cried so many tears of joy when I was able to adopt my new female dog. I named her Sasha. Previously known as Oldsmobile. Sasha is the absolute sweetest girl ever. Sasha is what my heart needed. As a puppy she is very smart. Introducing to crate has been fairly well. Eating wow this girl can eat, run, do sprints around the house, yard and is super excited. I am too lol.
