I brought my new rescue here after work on a Thursday and we enjoyed having the place to ourselves. The employee here was beyond helpful and kind and walked us though the entire process. We got plenty of shampoo and conditioner to lather up plus tearless shampoo for the face, ear cleaner, clean towels, brushes and a blow dryer. The pricing is fair and actually saves me a lot compared to taking my dog to the groomers every month. Plus, she gave me half off my first bath because it was 'thankful Thursday' and I just adopted my doggo. I got started on a loyalty card as well! Rosie at Wet Paws is awesome! Everything you need to groom your dog is right there at your fingertips. You won't injure your back bending, stooping or chasing your dog back to the wash station. Rosie has several choices of shampoos, colognes, EVERYTHING! I was most impressed by the tiny little comb to clean the fur around the dog's eye. The dryers had a long enough nozzle that Charlie doesn't give me the side eye when aim the air at him. It took me a third of the time to groom my Poodle Charlie at Wet Paws than it does at home. I love this place. Our Mastiff did not like getting a bath. Wet Paws has a large tub for her and we now book every 2 weeks. The prices are outrageously cheap so we tip to keep her in business. As for the dog, that doofus loves going to get a bath and knows Rosie has a pocket full of treats. Over the decades I've had several dogs. This dog has had more baths than all the rest combined. This place is WONDERFUL! My husband and I moved right across the street from Wet Paws right before Covid-19 shut everything down. Now that this place has reopened by appointment only and following the proper safety protocol I was able to take out ten year old pit mix to get a wash. The two women who assisted my dog Bronson and I were super friendly and helpful and the place itself was incredibly clean. We were greeted at the door with a smile and Bronson of course was handed a few treats, making him feel much more at ease in the new space. Since it was our first time, the owner pointed out how to operate the sink, the blow dryer, and offered all sorts of different shampoo and conditioner products to use which was well worth the price! Can't recommend this place enough and I hope they stay busy! Looking forward to bringing Bronson back! read more

Better then places where you drop off your pet & pick up later All of the other pet grooming places make your dog wait in a cage. Sometimes for one or more hours. Why do you think the groomer tells you to pick up your dog at 2pm when you dropped your dog at 11:30? For those that can spare 1/2 hour to bath their own dog, go to Wet Paws. It's like bathing your child in a tub. It's personal and a caring way to groom your dog ESPECIALLY if your dog is old or has "issues" of any kind. The owner will help you if you need. I am so happy that I found this place! After such disappointing service elsewhere, Wet Paws exceeded my expectations. Both staff on duty while I was there were so helpful. For $15 I washed, towel dried (with two towels!!!) and blow dried my dog. They even gave me special brushes, and lent toe nail clippers. They could not have done more to make the visit great.
