We've camped here every summer for the last three years, and it continues to be one of our favorite…read moredestinations. The campground is located on a golf course, which many campers enjoy, but even for non-golfers or those, like us, who choose not to golf, the putting green and driving range is fun. The entire site is impeccably maintained -- from the tidy grounds to the spotless washrooms and showers, you'll never find dirt or dust. The owner clearly takes great pride in the property, and it shows. He's always visible, working hard to keep everything running smoothly, and delivering outstanding customer service. One of the things we appreciate most is how safe and family-friendly this campground feels. The 10 km/h speed limit is enforced to ensure the safety of children and guests. Quiet hours are respected, and the owner doesn't hesitate to deal with noise after 11 PM, which makes for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. If you're looking for a clean, well-run, and welcoming campsite with a strong sense of safety and community, this the place.

RV, tenting, and they have yurt camping which looks amazing and it's on my list to try. Some sites are more difficult than others to set up a tent. The ground is just too packed down and rocky. And other sites I've been on haven't been an issue. Pit toilets and flush toilets. Day use area has the best cellular network connection. Depending on where your site is there is a high likelihood you won't have any. There is some sandy beachiness in the day use area, but you cannot swim in the lake. My favourite part is that it is a dark sky preserve. It's wonderful at night to watch the sky in the amazing quiet of nature.

I…read morehad heard good things about it from a family member so I was hoping for a relaxing experience. We arrived on a Sunday and there were a few parking spots. The check in was quick as no one was waiting. They had plexiglass between the staff and I. We received our keys and she told us where our room was. I went back later as she didn't provide us with the wifi code the first time. Our room was close to the Spa and a short walk. I booked a room with a 2 Queen beds, a jetted tub, and sitting area in the back of the room. There was a microwave and mini fridge. The beds were ok, a bit squishier than I like but still had a comfortable sleep. The jetted tub was fabulous and relaxing, I used it numerous times during our stay. We didn't watch TV at all as I had a tablet to watch shows on. I was expecting a decent walking path behind the inn but the path wasn't great with lots of branches on the walkway but we did go check it out. It was fairly quiet until our neighbours left their barking dog in their room while they were out. Due to covid they did not clean our room during our stay. If we needed anything, we went to the front desk and they were able to provide what we needed. The staff were friendly every time I interacted with them. It was nice to have the grocery store, a few restaurants, and stores to walk and browse. It was a short drive to Pigeon Lake Provincial Park. I would definitely stay here again for a close getaway only an hour from home!

Ask for a room not facing the highway. It kept me up all night. The bathroom fan would go on and off periodically. Paper thin walls. I can hear music at 4:00 am.
