So delicious! You can tell they make their own pretzels fresh! They have a good variety of options. I wish their cheese dips were bigger.

Usually my husband gets it for us so I can't say much about the service but he said that they are pretty nice. The pretzels we have had are always hot, fresh, and tasty. The prices are about $4-5 per pretzel and its quite large. They have a variety of pretzels and dipping sauces. It's good for a snack or even a little lunch if you get the pepperoni one. Overall it's a great opportunity to get a pretzel without having to go to the mall.

I've never been to a Ben's before but it was pretty good. It's not your typical pretzel, it was softer and sweeter. There are a lot of options and dip varieties. Sweet or savory. I generally just go the classic route when there's too many choices so I went with a plain pretzel with cheese dip. I just read the about us section of their website to learn more and it's a pretty crazy winding story. But the gist is that the founders didn't know anything about pretzels when they bought the business but they figured it out and now have stores all across Indiana. The cashier was visibly annoyed but I couldn't tell if it was with me or if she was talking to someone on the phone with her earbuds in. Either way I just ordered my pretzel and got outta there.

I've driven by the Bakery, so many times and wanted to stop, but I was always in a hurry. My sister and I went in and we each got a dessert and because it was four in the afternoon, we got decaffeinated coffee. The refills were free and we sat at the little counter like we were at a diner and enjoyed everything about this iconic little bakery. The decor is a eclectic. We just took our time and looked around and laughed at so many signs and odd little things that were placed over the years. On the way to the ladies room, you will find out that the gentleman that started the restaurant fought in one of the world wars, and you will see his worn out shoes, his uniforms, his letters of accommodation and Learn his story. Now let's get to the desserts. We shared some type of a wonderful lemon pastry and a black forest cake. Best black forest cake I've ever had. Savored every bite. We were able to buy the last of the springle's that they had made from Christmas. FYI, if you don't like black licorice don't buy Springerle's but you can only get them at Christmas because it's a German tradition and they won't work in the summertime because of the humidity. Things that I learned that day. We saw that they had a dinner menu with a huge variety of different bratwurst and assorted sausages that we would like to try sometime. We ended up spending an hour and a half in a beautiful little place that we thought we were just going to stop and grab desserts to go.

Shoutout to our server Aneli who was attentive all night, quick with refills, and knew the menu well. Great service without being over the top. Whether you're into draft beer, bottles, cans, or creative cocktails, there's no shortage of options to choose from. If you happen to stop by during the week, they also offer lunch specials Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., making it an easy spot for a midday break. I grabbed a seat at the bar where David took great care of me. He was friendly, attentive, and made the experience feel relaxed from start to finish. I ended up ordering the boneless wings from the regular menu with the Kickin' Bourbon BBQ sauce, and wow...that sauce absolutely stole the show. Sweet, smoky, just the right amount of kick, and the kind of flavor that has you making sure every last bite gets coated. The restaurant itself is spacious with plenty of indoor seating, plus a nice patio if you'd rather enjoy the weather. Bonus points for an exceptionally clean restroom--it's one of those little details that says a lot about a place. Great food, excellent service, fair prices, and enough drink options that I'll probably have to come back a few more times just to work my way through the menu.

We got there early and were able to have some drinks and food, including the nachos. Man, I was not expecting BBQ sauce and like a mustardy sauce and cheese and it was flavor exploding, loved it. With the event we had catered pork/chicken as well as sides. Everything was great, the peppercorn dressing for the salad was so amazing, I would definitely think of a salad here in the future. The venue inside the space, with the car, is quaint with seating and you get to see everything happening outside the space as well. This last time, we were in the original Guggman Haus brewing building that houses the coffee. This is adorable! We had service the entire time, including a bartender and the beer. They made everything super easy and I would consider this space for a baby shower, bridal shower, etc. We had 25 people and it fit wonderfully. There is also outside space for overflow, so it makes it very reasonable. Now onto the beer! I had the IPA Riverside, very hazy with a great flavor. Then I went off the rocker and ordered some prickly pear drink, I was not expecting how good that was! Refreshing and light, easy to drink (probably too easy) and the flavor was perfect! Try it if you are there, it is a newer option. PROS: Parking easy, street and lot Many open spaces and areas to rent Games are included, so eat, drink and enjoy company They have trivia nights, woohoo CONS: Sometimes the food is not always a hit, nothing to state specifically today, but I recall in the past saying to myself, don't order that again. So, try everything and find what you like. The place is great and the beer/food options are good, so you will find something you like.

Schwarbier was my favorite! They do have food but you have to go to different windows. It was easy to do. I had Dip Trio which was really good. I want to stick with something healthy. But it was good. I love the Spinach dip. This is great experience. If I am back in town, I would go this again and also will definitely recommend to my friends and family to go here.

The old Bavarian charm remains throughout the restaurant. Our visit this time was prior to the MJ MUSICAL at Old National. It's right across the street. The staff is well aware of their diner's itinerary and backs certain you can enjoy cocktails, wine, and dinner in time for the 7:00 pm start time. I applaud that courtesy. It was evident that our server, Cindy was a seasoned employee (20 years). Her attention throughout our visit left us wanting for nothing. I noticed many times her surveying our table for refills, empty plates. Her big smile and friendly personality only added to the exceptional experience. The food is prepared in the traditional German style. It is rich and very filling. The portions are enormous. Our party enjoyed an appetizer of Brat & Kraut balls and entrees of Schnitzel Parm., Jäeger schnitzel, spinach dinner salad with hot bacon dressing and my favorite "Oxtail Soup". Just the item for a cold winter night. Patrons of OLD NATIONAL CENTER shows should start their evening off right with dinner at THE RATHSKELLER. You won't be disappointed.

The potato pancakes and applesauce sides were good. The highlight of the meal was the large soft pretzels and mustard that was provided instead of bread. Perhaps we caught them on a bad night, and are giving them the benefit of the doubt. The Biergarten had quite the crowd and would be worth a visit during Oktoberfest.
