I had a coupon for $5.99 4-pc chicken strips basket. When I was looking on their website, their new sweet chili tossed and sauced chicken strips basket interested me. Then I decided to sign up for a rewards online account, but not the app until I was inside the restaurant and learned I need it to earn points. The food was half not to my crispiness. So I air fried the fries and toast. The warm queso dipping sauce was ok without much flavor. The tenders were fine. Oh, their women's restroom was out of toilet paper. It was hard communicating to most of the staff who are limited in their English. The partial enclosed toilet paper dispenser was low on the wall which makes it hard to reach from the bottom to grab paper while on the toilet. Very poorly positioned on the wall. Not my favorite Dairy Queen location but it was convenient to my other store visit. read more

New owners? What happened to the teens that were always at this location with a smile & great service? On a Saturday lunch there were TWO people working! The cook had come from the back to run drive-thru while the front person made ice cream items - for the drive-thru. I know this because the 4 groups waiting inside to order were ignored completely. This Dairy Queen, much like its counterpart on 96th street, has gone downhill since new ownership. Prices have gone up and service has gone down. The new management seems to be of the opinion that you, the customer, should thank them for existing. Hi! This is Daniel's dog Leila. I wanted to update his previous review to a 5 star because that is what this location deserves. They are always very fast and welcoming in the drive through. We had issues at another local store not getting order right, but we have never had that issue here. My dads favorite is the cookie jar blizzard (Oreo and cookie dough) and Mom's is Resses PB cup. I'm getting the impression that most of the Indy metro Dairy Queen's are owned by the same people. While visiting the one at 11976 N. Allisonville Road yesterday I was robbed at the drive thru. Let me explain. I ordered two hamburgers. No extras, no cheese. Just two regular old hamburgers. The cost was $8.48. No drink, no fries. Just two hamburgers. What in the name of holy hammered hell! I realize that "everything " has gotten more expensive but gouging the customers for simple hamburgers is ridiculous. Be better owners! Until you are, you have lost my allegiance to your Dairy Queen. Allisonville Rd location has good service and normal DQ quality. A good economical burger.

This is your basic suburban, strip-mall, and relatively new Dairy Queen. It serves DQ's "full" menu rather than the limited menu the old fashioned walk-up neighborhood DQs that you'll see within older neighborhoods and closer to the city. There's a drive-thru, some patio seating (you can look at the adjacent bank/parking lot, the DQ parking lot, or...the street), and a relatively clean store. Can't really ask for more. I used the app to get my free blizzard for the promotional period and they had no problem accepting the app/coupon. Blizzard was served in under 2 minutes. Can't ask for more on these hot days in July. read more

Hi all! My husband and I go to this DQ all the time. The staff is always very respectful, kind and definitely have manners. I think the food is always good and hot. And the ice cream treats are the best! I think some of the staff might be high school students and they are never rude, and have a smile. The manager I think she is the manager, anyway she is always working and always kind and her employees definitely treat her with respect . So I just wanted to say we Love going there. This is one of my favorite Dairy Queen's to visit. The service is friendly all the time and they always serve my blizzards upside down. Get the Reese's Peanut Butter Cup blizzard with chocolate ice cream. In the summer it's fun to get your blizzard and sit outside. Turnover is kind of high with high school students, but I think that's normal. Also a great date spot...with my wife. read more

I like to visit this DQ after a long workout at Holland Park. I've been twice recently and both times I got excellent customer service from the manager. Blizzards were very tasty. Last time I tried the new chicken bites and they were pretty good and felt healthier than the chicken strips! The food was fresh and they even brought it out to us when it was ready! They are always friendly and fast. You can't beat the convenience of a drive thru. Most of the workers are young teenagers but still get the job done! I find it odd they are only open until 9:30- even in the summer time. Overall, you can't go wrong with Dairy Queen. read more

Visited this location a month or so ago because I was craving some ice cream. Took a little longer than expected... But no one can deliver ice cream fast enough in my opinion. My major issue is with what happened next... I'm at the window and out comes my dessert. At previous DQ's, my experience was that of they didn't flip the blizzard it was free. When my blizzard wasn't flipped, I asked about this. The man claimed he had "never heard of that before". I shrugged it off thinking maybe they didn't do that in this part of the state. WRONG. Went today to the location at 131st and 37 and the woman in the drive thru did it. I asked her about it and she informed me that they most definitely still have that "rule" AND they're getting ready to do a commercial promoting it. No longer returning to the Allisonville/116th location. Nothing I hate more than a cheap/lying businessman. read more

We come here occasionally for a Blizzard treat. The staff is younger and not exactly organized at times but they are friendly. The drive thru moves pretty quickly considering how long it takes to make each blizzard. My personal favs are Oreo and the Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Smash. Fantastic service today! I asked if they had any sheet cakes in the back and the cashier said she could make one in 5 minutes! I was so thankful for that because I meant to put an order in days ago. She was extremely friendly and helpful and her handwriting looked great on the cake! They got fairly busy while I was waiting and all the cashiers were doing a great job handling it and staying friendly. They even delivered the food to the customers' tables! read more

The most appalling experience of my life. I love Dilly bars and normally get them in the Carmel area. While being in fishers we stopped here for yet another Dilly bar. After biting into it I realized the ice cream was very weird and icy not creamy like I was used to also covered in white frost that normally would indicate freezer burn. Before driving off I told the manager who proceeded to grab it from my hands and take a bite out of where I had bitten. She proclaimed it was a waste and in front of her young peers threw it in the trash. She later explained to me the difference in how they are made from Carmel to fishers. Had she told me this respectfully and acted with any human decency I would not be here. The customer is always right even if you don't agree and the way she acted in front of her young peers was incredibly unprofessional, inappropriate, and out of hand.
