I always get a solid pretzel experience here. I'm more of a savory and spicy person so i'll get the pepperoni jalapeño usually. The hot dog cups are good too. I went to the kiosk this time and I wanted to shop while eating my pretzel. The pepperoni jalapeño was fresh and hit the craving I had! The pepperoni was good and there were a good amount of jalapeños. There were just some parts of the pretzel where I feel like I was just eating straight dough and would've been nice to have more toppings or cheese on those parts. Worst service ever! Valeria and the manager Eunice should not be working here. I went to order a drink for my two children and simply asked if it could be split into two cups. The employee assisting me, Valeria, responded in an extremely rude, combative, and aggressive manner. She was yelling, huffing and puffing, waving her hands in my face, and raising her voice throughout the interaction, which was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I fully understand that there may be policies against splitting drinks. However, the situation could have been handled in a respectful and customer-friendly way such as offering an extra empty cup, charging for an additional cup, or simply explaining the policy politely. Instead, the interaction escalated unnecessarily due to her behavior. As a result, I chose not to complete my purchase. I also spoke with the manager on duty, Eunice, but unfortunately, no meaningful resolution was offered beyond telling the employee to "calm down." The situation was not properly addressed. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. Completely rattled and scared my children. Based on this interaction, I will not be returning to Wetzel's Pretzels. Valeria needs to be fired and how can a manager just sit back and allow this kind of behavior. read more

Best eaten fresh out of the oven. I unfortunately let my cinnamon pretzel sit for a couple of hours and by that time because of the humidity, the sugar turned watery and soggy into the pretzel. Quality and size has stayed relatively the same, with the price increasing a couple of dollars. They have regular pretzels, but also pretzel bites for easier consumption on the go. The drink was a solid A but the pretzels were totally over-baked. I was pretty disappointed considering it cost ~$12. I came back on a Monday when the mall was less busy and got a free salted pretzel because I downloaded the Wetzel's Pretzels app and created a free account. I like the Wetzel Dogs. They're hot, the dough is soft and smells/tastes great, the lemonade is great, especially if the weather is warm. I've been to this location a few times and I now tend to avoid it for only one reason...the pervy guy! When he's not there, I do get my Wetzel Dog, usually a pretzel too and of course the lemonade. The frozen lemonade is really nice on hot days too. Most of the employees here are kind and give great customer service. On too many of my last 6 or 7 visits here, there's a perv (latino guy w/facial hair...I think he's the only guy that works there...at least the only one I've seen so far) who makes me feel more than uncomfortable. He's always staring at my chest. I even notice that when I sit at the tables in front of the establishment and watch his behavior with other customers, he's always staring at women walking by, checking out their chest/back side. He treats some customers pretty crappy, paying attention to other women's chests/rears over directing his attention at the customer he's supposed to be helping. He lacks normal social manners like saying "thank you." I wish management realized what kind of person they had working there. Poor customer service, I didn't even know if this place has a manager. After my mom's purchase she didn't get a receipt which resulted in her not getting her order immediately and getting bypassed at the line. After we followed up on the receipt/order we got a lot of fumbling around from the people behind the counter. Mind you you're supposed to get your order for free if you didn't get your receipt.
