I live just down the street from this location and have been a regular customer, frequently stopping in to pick up breakfast sandwiches for my family. Every time I order the Farmhouse sandwich, I clearly request NO smear. Unfortunately, this is now the third consecutive visit where that simple instruction has been ignored. Because of this repeated mistake, my sandwich has gone to waste each time, as I cannot eat it with the smear. It's extremely disappointing that such a basic and clearly stated request continues to be overlooked. Consistently failing to follow customer instructions reflects a lack of attention to detail and quality control. This Noah's Bagels always has quick service and polite staff. The store is clean and there's ample seating. I like the plain shmear and the honey almond shmear. The honey almond gets tiring after a while if you don't have a sweet tooth but the almond bits are real nice. The onion & chive shmear definitely reminds me of sour cream and onion flavored chips (personally not to my liking for a bagel topping). I love getting the Bacon, Avocado & Tomato Egg Sandwich on an Asiago Cheese Bagel. My manager usually gets catering for meetings so it's fully paid for (yay!) At my last visit, I placed a large order in-store. I received a large box with a large bag on top and trotted over to my car. It was only after I got to my destination that, perhaps I misunderstood that my order was done with or the staff forgot one drink. They were out of blueberry bagels, so I ordered a cinnamon raisin with plain shmear and a plain bagel with onion and chive shmear. I asked them to toast both bagels, but these were barely toasted. When Noah's is good it's pretty good, but I've been here more than a handful of times now and my experience has been hit or miss. I usually get the Cheddar Jalapeno bagel with Chive & Onion shmear- sometimes it's really crispy and fresh tasting with a good amount of shmear, but other times it can be disappointingly dry or stale. I've tried some of their other bagels too, like the Jalapeno Bacon and Chocolate Chip but I wasn't as happy with them. The shmear is great though, and they sell most if not all of their flavors by the tub - Chive & Onion, Garden Veggie, and Strawberry being my favorites. I'd say give Noahs a shot but I have yet to figure out the formula for getting a good bagel consistently from them. And another thing- this only happened once so I'm not going to change the star rating because of it, but during my last order my partner (who is a strict vegetarian) got a Cheddar Jalapeno bagel and found a small piece of ham stuck to the bottom. I'm guessing it was just an incident of someone not cleaning a prep surface thoroughly enough but it was really disappointing nonetheless. read more

I absolutely love the bagels here!! My usual go to is the lox bagel because they give you a good amount of salmon and I feel like I get my money's worth. I like that you can also switch out the bagel to different types, my favorite is the asiago cheese bagel to give it a nice crunchy texture. Also, don't skip out on the honey almond schmear if you're getting bagels, it's the best cream cheese here for sure and really underrated. I've introduced it to a few of my friends and now it's their favorite too. However a kindnhearted coworker gave me a gift card for Noah's bagels and I didnt hesitate to take it. So I blurted out BLT on Asiago bagelThen the lady behind the counter said one or two eggs which I didnt get because I said BLT. I didnt know it was an option so I mumbled "one" after I made her repeat herself. I also grabbed a small cuppa joe and around to see cannisters of different brews. I selected the one that said hazelnut and poured a bit of sugar and milk. Service was fast as I covered my hot drink, they called up my name for my sandwich is ready. What a great deal! Just remember to turn on your emergency lights so they know that it's you. The menu features your standard bagel flavors and cream cheese, or shmear options. They also have premade breakfast entrée options, such as the farmhouse sandwich, or the ham and cheese croissant, as well as baked goods. Social distancing is enforced and they have hand sanitizer readily available. Customer service is generally friendly and there really isn't a very long wait. Whenever I go to Noah's I always mobile order. Not only do you bypass the lines and somewhat touchy customer service experience, whenever you order something you can add free coffee (iced or hot) to your order. I like this location because it's the closest to my house and I think the product is pretty good. I tried their deli lunch, bagel's box, egg sandwiches. Farm house and BLT is my favourite while Nova Lox is awesome too! The chips that come with the Deli Lunch are yummy. So far the food quality are good but their coffee is too watery, even if It is free with purchase in app but I will not get it. Really hope they can improve it. I used their app when they first introduce it and the app do not have much feature and limited on things you can order. Besides the rewards part also very funky. However recently they update it and become better, at least the rewards and gift card value update correctly. I hope they allow bagel type selection for bagel box. Now they preset the flavor and causing me need to call everytime to place the pick up order and cannot use the app. I wishes to give 4 stars at least but I think they have more things need to improve.
