I've found that if you let it sit after a couple hours the texture is definitely hard and not the same as eating it fresh right on the spot. I've also tried the mini bites, which is much easier to eat on the go or while driving since you pop it in your mouth and is less messy than a whole pretzel. I personally think the overall quality and flavor is top tier compared to other pretzel joints like wetzel pretzel. It's standard high mall prices for a classic snack, but you can't go wrong.
