Although most days there is friendly service here, I really don't like the pretzels because they tend to be hard and dry rather than soft and moist. I really have had better. Usually if I go here, it's just to get a lemonade or a bottle of water. If I'm desperate I'll get a pizza pretzel with the marinara sauce they have. It's not bad, but I've had better. Unlike some previous posts mention, I had great customer service, and thought my Pizza Bitz were pretty darn good. I also noticed that one of the two girls working the counter was handing out samples (previous Yelper stated that they never had samples), so they are definitely taking critique to heart. Keep that in mind with some of the below low-star reviews. Pizza Bitz (3/5) - Nice savory little snack. I'd say the cup of them is probably equivalent to a slice of pizza. The only thing I didn't like was the amount of burnt cheese stuck to the edges from pooling at the bottom of the pan while cooking. Those parts popped off easily, but took away the one-handed on-the-go aspect. I also appreciated the free cup of tap water - most places would charge for that tiny cup. read more

I walked up and she looked at me like she was annoyed that she needed to help me. She did not great me at all. I ordered a pretzel and she gave me a burnt one. Then I ordered a frozen lemonade and they show three sizes so I ordered medium and she comes at me all rude" there's no mediums it's either small or large". I'm not longer returning to this location. Parched, and finishing the last quarter mile of the mall to the car, Wetzel's Pretzels gleamed like an oasis in the desert. I am adamant about not purchasing water bottles from stores, so I asked for a sample of the "orange one." I was given a 2 oz. cup sample, and prepared myself for a taste of icy sugary syrup. Surprise! The passion mango icy was delicious and thirst quenching! The sweetness was perfectly blended with the ice, and as I sucked up the last drop, I thought to myself, if only Starbuck's could own this drink. Blech, screw the frappuccino blended juices! Overall I'm a huge fan of Wetzel's pretzel but today's service was not it by both of the young lady's. Look alive lady's look alive.

I am in love with pretzels. I like how they have larger portions than Auntie Anne's, so I haven't gone there for years. Their pretzels are always soft, chewy, and warm (fresh too!) I love their cinnamon pretzels. Portion-wise, I would buy the cinnamon Wetzel Bitz for more cinnamony goodness than a pretzel. I also like their Wetzel Dogs. A large hot dog, not insanely salty like others, covered with chewy dough. Yum! Don't know about the drinks, don't care either. Prices can be a little expensive. I recently went shopping with only a $40 budget, and I spent $4.19 on my Cinnamon Wetzel Bitz. I didn't have enough money for what I wanted to buy at F21. Bummer. I think they charge extra for cinnamon on the Wetzel Bitz. Before, it was only $3.89. Overall, good pretzels! read more

Every time I would buy a pretzel here (specifically the pepperoni twist since I'm a creature of habit), it would always come out soft, warm and tasty. Never had any problems with this place, could always count on a pretzel to give me a little energy boost after walking around the mall for a while. The customer service is always average. Auntie Anne got nothing on wetzel pretzels. What I love about wetzels is the fact that their pretzels are huge ! (Yes size does matter.) It's a great snack especially during a long day of shopping. Auntie Anne's pretzels are a bit anorexic looking and doesn't quite do it for me. The jalapeno cheese pretzel and the jalapeno cheese dip are my favorites! I suppose it really just depends when you go and what you get! I usually have no issues. Last night, the wetzel bites came fresh out of the oven, piping hot! The regular cheese and jalapeno cheese sauce was warm. I've read some comparisons to Auntie Anne's pretzels being fresher, but I've been there and my pretzels were less than mediocre at times too. Same with the service. I have gotten decent service, not great, but not bad. The granitas are also awesome. So for now, I give this place three stars because my kiddos love it and prefer it to the other pretzel competitor. read more

I didn't get any of their pretzels but I got the cherry icee because I was so thirsty. Okay. Read a couple of posts below mine, someone else had the EXACT same drink and she pretty much took the words out of my mouth but I'm still writing my fair share. Right when the first sip of that toxic concoction entered my mouth, I already knew I just flushed 3 dollars down the drain. The taste was horrendous, so sour and tasted like chemicals and the ice and the juice was separating so with every sip, it feels like only the syrup was creeping up. Afterwards, I just went to a yogurt shop and threw that nasty drink away and the cashier told me someone else had complained about that place just recently regarding their drink too and got some free pretzels and a "better" tasting drink. There are 2 locations in the great Mall. This one is for workstation #1 which is the kiosk. The person working was Lupita J. I don't know how she was hired. She doesn't know anything about the company. I had the wetzel app and wanted to use my free welcome reward on the dog bitz and she said it couldn't be used on it. So I chose to get the regular bitz that I paid for. I wanted to get reward points for it and she said it couldn't be done. She's stupid because this is how wetzel pretzel rewards customers for making purchases by giving points. I wanted to talk to management. She had a friend that brought her fruits in a cup that she was eating there. Shouldn't that be done on your break. You shouldn't be eating while you are getting paid. Bought a Mango Lemonade, and the price was $4.01. I took out $4.00 and I see a lot of pennies in the tips jar. I assumed the little girl behind the counter would just pick one of the pennies to complete the purchase. Instead, she said to provide one more dollar. I said "You must be kidding". She then proceeded to dump 99 cents onto my hand. I feel they should have more common sense, since the tip jar is provided free by the other customers anyway, and 1 penny is not going make much of a difference.
