I always love me some auntie Anne's but the last time I had it during holiday season/early 2023 not only did I have to wait 15-20 minutes for my pretzel, that is made to order, it tasted very oily and strong in that liquid they dip it in before baking. Awful experience I had at this Annie's. An employee with a bowl cut was very rude. He Had a big attitude and was trying to rush me while ordering. Not only that the Quality of the cups are shit my friend and I both spilled our drinks mine in the parking lot and hers in my car. I went back to try to ask for a new one and was denied.
