I took the dress there the next week to have it shortened just enough that I could wear it and wouldn't be stepping on it. Jan greeted me right when I walked through the door and I showed her the dress and told her I wanted to have it hemmed a little. She took the dress from me and let me know what day it would be ready. When I went back to pick it up it was ready as promised. I tried the dress on soon after I picked it up and it was the perfect length so she did an excellent job. The price of the service was reasonable and the service here is friendly. I did not have to wait for long to go back and pick up my dress so I really appreciated the quick service. I will definitely be back the next time I need a tailor.

Sometimes she convinces me not to do what I originally planned and every time she's right! She understands construction very well. She is also very friendly and cares about her customers. I personally LOVE it when she brings her dog(s) and I've never smelled anything other than how a typical dry cleaner would smell. I understand it's all recorded on your cameras so you will see that the dress was SO short I could not even wear flat shoes with it. Second - the owner, Vassilis, REFUSED to reimburse me after I asked several times, came all the way back to prove my dress length, and had to wait while he checked cameras. I certainly did not rush out of the store. I was there over 15 minutes trying to reason with him. You can check your cameras to confirm. If you have had a change of heart and would like to reimburse me for customer good will, I am more than happy to accept as I had previously requested.
