At the other stores, I practically had to fight off the sales associates, while at Wayside Mark gave me plenty of space. I place a high value on that; I hate the "used cars salesman" spiel you get at most places. None of that here! Delivery was free. (We did tip, though, which I think is polite & fair.) The guys arrived on time and were very friendly & efficient (in and out in under 12 minutes total! wow!). After they left, I realized the bed was too high because I hadn't considered the height of the boxspring... whoops. I called Mark at Wayside, and he had it straightened out in a jiffy. They delivered the low profile boxspring & took back the high one. We have a lot of furniture we need to buy still; I plan on visiting Wayside regularly, and I would highly recommend them. Don't let the outside look of the building fool you! It's kind of like a hidden treasure... Part of me doesn't even want to post this review because I want to keep the secret... but quality work deserves public praise, IMO.

They transferred my call back to the new London store just to tell me if I want it delivered it will be another 10 weeks, so that would be a total of 20 weeks!
