They worked hard and even brought in an extra guy when they realized how big the job was to ensure it would get done in a timely manner. I had to travel for an hour to get to the location and they never left me hanging or were late. Their communication was always prompt which I can't say for myself as I'm juggling 1,000 things a minute and they were understanding. They were sensitive to the fact that this was my father's hopes and dreams that had never been realized being carted off as junk, and yet when they realized that my views are more to the pragmatic, let's-git-er-done, they got 'er done. I appreciate their willingness to be sensitive, but since I'm not (sensitive that is) we got some excellent jokes exchanged and had a great time. While I'm the type to help out with flinging stuff on the truck or manning the broom, they're quite willing to do it all themselves. They take guidance and ensure that they're taking the right stuff (easy when the category is "everything") with respectful communication. He admitted that the shipper was very bad at communication, but at a certain point, he himself became difficult to tolerate, cuz once he was set off, he would make it all about himself--making sure you knew what all he did in the service and how he knows what he's doing, etc etc.. So, eventually, we became skeptical that we'd ever see our car again, but finally, they came up with a plan that should not have been hard for them, but it was, and after much cost on our part, we finally got our car--in a city 4 hours away, so we had to then drive it home. sheesh!

I would never do business here again. They are polite on the…read morephone and quick to reply by email. That is where the good experience ends. The job cost me about $7,000 extra in materials plus a large amount of extra labor, and the roof is still not right. I could have spent half as much going through Rainier Building Supply. 1. They sent short panels across the middle of the roof. That forced me to throw away the 6" eave flashing I already had purchased and buy all-new 8" material to cover those gaps. They kept saying they would make it right. They never sent replacement panels and never offered any compensation. 2. I committed to a $27,000 material package that was supposed to include everything needed based on the engineered drawings I provided. After replacing most of the flashing around the eves and ridges, I spent $34,000. The fascia still does not reach the eave trim, so we had to splice in scraps to cover the gaps. 3. Every standing seam panel has bad oil canning. The finish is already peeling only a few weeks after install. I do not recommend the AEP Design Span product I bought through them. 4. Their last flashing quote was $874. After I raised all of these problems they offered 10% off this order. I ordered the exact same material and quantity from Rainier Building Supply for $306.79. Communication was fine. The product offering, the follow-through, and the pricing were not. They never made it right. Avoid and go to RBS for better pricing.

I had cash (bank issued check) so the transaction was quick and painless. I'll bet we were there an hour at the most, minus the time we took loading my bike up in the trailer. They had the bike right by the front door with a battery tender hooked up to it with a full tank of what I think may have been ethanol free gasoline. 10/10 recommend this shop for your motorcycle needs! The salesperson told me he would get right back to me, and I even stated I was willing to put down a deposit immediately. After hearing nothing for four hours, I called back to follow up. Another employee informed me--very rudely--that he was currently selling the Grom to someone else. Six hours later, I finally received a Facebook message from the original salesperson telling me what I had already been told. This is unacceptable customer service. When a customer expresses clear intent to buy and is willing to place a deposit, the dealership should communicate promptly and professionally. Instead, I was ignored and dismissed. Not once, but TWICE, tow companies canceled on me claiming they "didn't have the proper equipment" to tow my car. All they did was waste my time while I sat there stressed, exhausted, overheated, and scared. My Porsche was damaged due to undercarriage impact damage and an oil leak, and apparently every other tow company acted like my car required some impossible fancy setup. Then came Charlie and his amazing wife. Within less than 15 minutes, he showed up calm, compassionate, professional, and actually KNOWING what he was doing. Charlie didn't start my car and risk further damage. He carefully hooked, secured, and loaded my vehicle properly and safely got it to Porsche of Tacoma with zero issues. DID NOT DRAG MY CAR HOOKED IT ADDED THE SKATES/GO JACKS ON MY BACK WHEELS. THAT is what professionalism, experience, and genuine customer care looks like. After one of the most stressful days I've had in a long time, Charlie and his wife were honestly a blessing.
