Talk about a customer service fail... Our pups are our children. Thus, we've researched a lot of mobile groomers and Mobile Paw was one of the front-runners. Until we contacted them. We simply asked if we do two pups in one day would/could they offer us a discount - considering they'll be here, anyway, there's no additional expense for gas/tolls - and the response was a flat 'No.' Not "We usually don't, but to earn your business as new customers, we can offer ...." Not "Sure, we'll give you a 10% discount as first time customers." Nada. No flexibility. Zip. No interest in acquiring new customers who'd use their service numerous times a year and provide them with hundreds of additional dollars in biz - and all it would've cost them was twenty bucks, or so, off. Talk about clueless. Talk about arrogant. Adios Mobile Paw. Do yourselves a favor and take a class on how to earn customers. You need it. read more

I'm so glad I did my research and read the reviews on Natalia, they were all true and accurate she's amazing! She's super sweet and my pups loved her right away. You can tell she really loves what she does by the way she treats her furry clients. My pup Greyson gets car sick so it's hard to take him to a groomer plus I hate having to leave them for so long but Natalia took both of my pups at the same time and she doesn't cage them like some places do. We finally found my dogs groomer!!! Natalia is so sweet and did an amazing and thorough job and Cream looks great! Leaving your dog with her is like having a great friend take care of your pup... she's super caring and considerate and brings them back all sparkly, cute and clean! She's amazing! The convenience of mobile grooming is beyond anything.. she drove up to our house, rang the doorbell, we discussed what I wanted for Cream, and they were off! Took about 2 hours which is typical at his old grooming spot and she brought him right back to our door, fresh and clean. Cream is an older dog so I asked her to be gentle with him and I requested oatmeal body wash which she was very accommodating about. The pricing was very fair (comparing to other surrounding dog salons), the service was great and on time, and my dog was very happy!
