I have been getting waxes for 2 years but this is now my new go-to spot. Divya is so kind and such a professional. She makes you feel very comfortable and makes the process as smooth as possible. I called requesting a same day appoint and Divya literally came in on her day off (on her birthday too) because she heard I was going on vacation and wanted to help a girl out. Up close it actually looks like actual hair, she actually puts thought into placement making the ink flow with the natural growth of your eyebrows. She works very neatly and has a very friendly, bubbly personality, aside from doing excellent work; she is very personable. My lips were dark and uneven, with a very dark lip line, so I had two neutralization sessions and one more for color. I had a total of three sessions, and the color hasn't faded or become patchy at all. I used to be self-conscious about my lip color, but now I only carry lip balm! Highly recommend!
