Hitomi is so sugoi desu! She's great! I'm so glad I went to her for my eyebrows. I was asking a friend of mine if she knew anybody who does eyebrows, and she said a friend of hers went to her. When I saw Hitomi's work in photos, and the training and passion she had for the art, I knew she's the person I need to go to for my first permanent makeup ever. Even though she's all the way in Torrance and I lived in San Diego then, I'd say she and her team are totally worth that 2 hour drive! She spent time to design and sketch the eyebrows to make sure I was okay with the shape. Her staff put some numbing cream on the area. She's very gentle and focused throughout the whole process. She also showed me halfway how it looked before she carried on. The whole process took 2 hours or so and it was a very pleasant experience. And most of all, I was very happy with the results! The strokes were so natural and the pigment she chose just blended naturally with my eyebrow hair. If I need any other permanent makeup, I'll totally go back to her as I trust her and her team completely! Her place is located in a small-medium strip mall and it was easy to find parking. The interior was white, clean and bright. They have a bathroom located in the back, and it's clean too.
