She works very neatly and has a very friendly, bubbly personality, aside from doing excellent work; she is very personable. There's a convenience store a block away from her that has an ATM if you forget cash! Be sure to get directions for when you arrive. It's a bit tricky to find her place. She says the lash could stay curled for up to 12 weeks depending on what you do to them. Mine only looked good for a month max. The second month, most lashes straightened out, while a few stayed curled. By the end of the second month, all my lashes were straight again. I don't wear much makeup (only eyeliner) on a day-to-day basis. I wear mascara only on special occasions, which was 3 times during the those two months. I never wear fake eyelashes. I'm not sure why mine didn't last as long, but it was nice while it lasted. It's a little expensive for my lashes to look good for only a month. I see why people do it if they curl their eyelashes everyday. It definitely saves a lot of time. It was definitely nice to have, and I might do it again for another special occasion.

I submitted a counteroffer after being asked to wait until May 17, but I've received no response since then. I honored their request and gave ample time, only to feel now that I was being stalled. It's incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Throughout this process, I've made every effort to be reasonable and communicative. What's especially disheartening is that Hitomi, the owner, once told me she wanted to "do right by me." I took that to heart and trusted that I would be treated with fairness and respect. What adds to my frustration is that the business asked me to remove my previous negative review in exchange for compensation. I find that unfair. Clients shouldn't have to silence their experience just to be heard or treated fairly. They no longer offer the removal service that left me with permanent scars on my face -- yet Yuuki, who performed the procedure, is still working there as if nothing happened. There has been no accountability or acknowledgment of the harm done. If there's hesitation about the settlement amount, I remain open to discussion. But after everything, being met with silence feels unprofessional. I'm simply asking for the courtesy of a response. I truly hope the owner, Hitomi, can come to her senses and make this right. I trusted this business and still believe it's possible to end things in a fair and respectful way. read more

I was referred to Miki by a friend for Nano Hair Stroke and Lip Blush, and honestly... I'm obsessed. This was my first time getting permanent makeup, so I was definitely a little nervous and had a hard time imagining what the final results would actually look like. Hitomi made me wait for dozens of minutes because she forgot my appointment and I had a quick messy procedure because Hitomi made another appointment after my appointment. It was the worst treatment I've ever had, with only a few deep microblading lines being put in. Update: I got reply from them. There isn't a way to get a refund but there are options like touch-ups or free removal. read more
