When I saw Hitomi's work in photos, and the training and passion she had for the art, I knew she's the person I need to go to for my first permanent makeup ever. Even though she's all the way in Torrance and I lived in San Diego then, I'd say she and her team are totally worth that 2 hour drive! She spent time to design and sketch the eyebrows to make sure I was okay with the shape. Her staff put some numbing cream on the area. She's very gentle and focused throughout the whole process. If I need any other permanent makeup, I'll totally go back to her as I trust her and her team completely! Her place is located in a small-medium strip mall and it was easy to find parking. The interior was white, clean and bright. They have a bathroom located in the back, and it's clean too.
