I absolutely LOVED everything about Jessica. She is professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly talented. The initial phone call to set up my appointment she was sweet, extremely informative, and patient with answering all of my questions. During my first appointment she was just as friendly and took the time to explain the process step by step (even though she did that over the phone two weeks prior!) just to help calm my nerves. She was very attentive of my concerns and took the time to listen to what I wanted and expected my eyebrows to look like. She was able to achieve great balance of what I wanted and what she thought would look best based on my current brow shape and my face structure. Best part was that she made the whole process as painless as possible! I just had my touch-up last week (after 4 weeks) and my brows look even better than the first time. They are thicker and fuller, the gap I had with my natural brow is gone and really shape my face nicely. I've received so many complements since I first got them done and I continue to do so now. Jessica is so awesome ! I randomly across her when my rehearsal dinner makeup and hair artist canceled on me at the last minute due to some address confusion. I contacted Jessica and told her the urgency of the situation. She came to my place within 10 minutes and did both hair and makeup in less than 1 hour 15 minutes. She did such a wonderful job.
