Ultimately, my wife couldn't sleep that night and woke up with a lot of red bumps all around her vaginal area. Spots where it look like she was burnt. She had to go to urgent care for treatment. She said she would show me my brows after the lamination, before putting on a tint, but she did not do that. So when I was told I was done, I had tint that I didn't want and wasn't expecting. And she also said she didn't have time to thread, so my eyebrows were incredibly dark and uneven. I would have said no tint, but do the threading, but I wasn't given that opportunity. I had to come back later to try to have the tint removed, but that made the lamination come up. And I had to come back a third time for a threading, only to be put with the first person again, who was so incredibly rude and refused to take any accountability for her mistake and lack of communication the day before. The manager was so great again, but the eyebrow person has turned me away from this location forever. I wish her well, but she needs to treat people with more kindness and try harder to communicate and take feedback.
