She returned my initial call same day (which is a miracle in and of itself in 2021), scheduled the micro blade appointment for 2 days later and arrived organized, online, professional and friendly. As for the brows, they look amazing! My 25/23 yo daughters love them and even my 20 yo son who says very little commented, "oh wow that looks a lot better" lol. My daughters brows came out beautiful, but I was hesitant to have mine done as the first time I went my brows came out awful-uneven and a red tone to them. I absolutely LOVED everything about Jessica. She is professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly talented. The initial phone call to set up my appointment she was sweet, extremely informative, and patient with answering all of my questions. During my first appointment she was just as friendly and took the time to explain the process step by step (even though she did that over the phone two weeks prior!) just to help calm my nerves. She was very attentive of my concerns and took the time to listen to what I wanted and expected my eyebrows to look like. She was able to achieve great balance of what I wanted and what she thought would look best based on my current brow shape and my face structure. Best part was that she made the whole process as painless as possible! I just had my touch-up last week (after 4 weeks) and my brows look even better than the first time. They are thicker and fuller, the gap I had with my natural brow is gone and really shape my face nicely. I've received so many complements since I first got them done and I continue to do so now.
