They called me scared, afraid and did not know what to do. I called Chris transport, to see if he could go to the scene of the accident and help my friend out. I gave him the location, and he said he's on his way. Once he arrived my friend called me and thanked me and said that he was very helpful and comforting in her time of despair. He towed her car to a body shop that he was familiar with. He then told her if she needed help legally, meaning if she needed to be referred to a lawyer he also can help. My friend called me last night, to tell me that they picked up their car and the work that the Bodyshop did, was amazing. Thank you Chris for helping my friend. Anybody out there that needs A safe, reliable towing company call Chris transport. You'll find that he can be helpful in more ways than one.

Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation for my daughter's car. She took the car in and the…read moreservice advisor told her the car's alignment was bad (i had it aligned less than 6 months ago). He also told her it wouldn't pass unless she did a fuel injector flush and manifold cleaning (no engine issues and the car's inspection isn't due until the middle of 2027). Nobody called me or texted me to authorize the additional work. No paperwork provided for the before and after alignment. A $160 oil change and tire rotation costed me $850 because the service advisor knew she could sucker my 17 year old daughter into doing unnecessary maintenance. Beware if you take your car here for routine maintenance. They also quoted her $240 to replace a $10 PCV valve. It takes less than 5 minutes to replace. Time to find another shop.

The whole crew made the process feel smooth and well organized, which really took a lot of stress off me. I want to give a special shout-out to Ian, the Customer Service Manager. The extreme cold weather slowed down the paint process, but he and the team did everything they could to stay on schedule and get my car back to me as promised. I truly appreciate that effort. They also noticed an issue with my tire and brought it to my attention, making sure I understood the safety concern. They even helped me find a discounted replacement tire to bring the cost down. My experience with them was great! Communication was terrific - I got regular updates on the status of the repairs via text and when I had questions there was always someone available and willing to speak with me live. The actual repair took nearly a week less than they had anticipated, which was a nice and unexpected bonus. Additionally, everyone I dealt with was courteous and friendly and very understanding about my desire to get back in my car as soon as possible. The car (which was brand new), looked as good as new and int he unlikely event I have any issues with any of the repair work, they stand behind it with a warranty. While I hope I won't need another repair shop in the future (!), I would definitely use them again.

the staff were nice. however, it took way too long to repair my car solely due to their own…read moredelivery issues. i dropped my car off on a thursday. i was told my car should be ready the following friday, so 6 business days. when they called me on friday they said they are only waiting on a sensor that first came in broken, and then came in the wrong sensor for the wrong car... so it could have been ready in a week but isn't because a sensor was delivered incorrectly TWICE in the same week? now they tell me the new sensor should be delivered on tuesday. i call on tuesday and they tell me the sensor didn't get delivered because it wasn't in stock. seriously? so now it should be delivered on wednesday. of course i call on wednesday and the sensor was delivered BUT whoever dropped it off "forgot the bracket." what?? the bracket doesn't get delivered until thursday afternoon so now my car won't be ready until friday. so my car was there from 7/9-7/24. all of the "delivery issues" seemed sketchy to me. on top of it all, when it came time to pick up my car, it had marks all over it and a few scratches. they offered to have me drop my car off for 3 days so they can cover up the damages but honestly id rather not risk it being returned with more marks and paint scratches. i was able to get most of the marks out with rubbing compound, and will just cover the paint scratches with some touch up paint. but its very upsetting. this is my first new car. i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. but like i said, the staff who answer the phones were very kind and professional.

I asked him about prices about for a part for the front bumper, and if it was possible for me to bring in the OEM part from the dealership on my own. As soon as I said that, he replied "Do you bring your own cheeseburger to McDonald's?". Instead of calmly answering my questions, he stated yelling at me and was extremely rude and profane. It seems like as soon as you raise any concerns with this shop, they get hostile and start yelling at you. This is absolutely no way to treat customers, no matter the price or the quality of the work. Don't know if I would recommend this shop in the future because god forbid they don't like something you say and they start yelling at you too. UPDATE 6/29: Just received a call saying to pick up my car. The associate on the phone said "We don't do jobs for customers who leave scathing google reviews". This is the most unprofessional, and discriminatory shop I've ever dealt with. DO NOT GO HERE, you will be slave to their questionable business practices and when you begin to ask questions, they verbally harass you and then refuse to work on your car. Instead of listening and caring for their customers, they bully them around and expect a thank you in return. UPDATE #2 6/29: Another bodyshop called Classic to let them know they would be transferring the vehicle tomorrow. The associate on the phone immediately started yelling at the lady from the other bodyshop and told her "I'm gonna leave his car parked in the street with his windows down and the keys in the ignition!". I'm shocked at this point that Classic is frankly still in business and that customers tolerate this kind of treatment from a business owner. Definitely looping in BBB, and also Audi of America to let them know what kind of business they are partnering with.
