It's no wonder the mischief is never ending in that place. We had several incidents. Before arriving we called to find out what time the dining room closed. They said 10pm. We arrived at 9:45pm. We were just passing thru Cleveland. Upon initially walking in, we go to find a table and there were chairs a top all tables. Being that we had 88 yr old Mom with us, we had to take the chairs off handicapped table. It was no big deal but when we go order an employee makes a comment to another employee loud enough for us to hear. She says, "They took the chairs off the table!" At that point I tell the employee that she was being rude. That our handicapped Mom could not slide into a booth. She begins to argue with me about it. At that point two male employees hold her back and seemingly pull her to the back room as if they were afraid she would get physical. I was shocked at what a fiasco these young employees were displaying. Then the supposed manager comes out from nowhere and she herself immediately takes the employees side. It was so weird. At this point, Im still trying to have a good dinner so we go to order our food. There was no dirty rice, no mac & cheese, no corn, no bacon.. several of the menu items were not available. We ordered what they had. As were going back to meet up with 88 yr old Mom at the table. The floor is sopping wet and extremely slippery. Im literally struggling to get to the table. The lady is still mopping as Im walking by. I go to the leading gang member and ask if someone can please dry the floor. I have an 88 yr old Mom here on a cane and Im worried she's going to slip. The floor was uncomfortably slippery and sopping wet. The leading gang member told me she would carry Mom out the door if the floor was still wet when it came time to leave. I wasn't feeling very unassured being that Mom is 88 yrs old, 6ft tall and 150 lbs and leading gang member was a short stubby overweight lady. How is she going to tell me she's going to carry Mom out the door, instead of asking her employee to stop mopping until we leave or attempt to fix the situation in some way. Her suggested solution was ridiculous. We stayed until the floor dried. It was a horrible experience. It felt like a gang whose sole purpose was to wreak havoc on Popeye customers. It really felt like a trap, like I just drove into a bad neighborhood. Yea, stay away. The people who work there are very mean angry people ready to fight.
