I live outside Davenport, Iowa. I wish we had Whataburger in the Midwest. I love Whataburger from their breakfast sandwiches to the hamburgers. That being said it's Friday during the Lent. I was looking for a fish sandwich and actually found one. The fish sandwich is excellent and I would definitely say a tie with McDonald's for the best fish sandwich available. Female taking orders repeatedly got another customer's order wrong, then glared at the customer like it was his fault she failed to listen. Very surly while taking our order too. I love whataburger but the customer service is the reason why I'm giving this place a star. We get the coupons in the mail so we definitely take advantage of the coupons. Now if you don't like people to use the coupons then don't send them if you are going to get an attitude with us. I went through the drive thu and the lady seemed to be rushing me to finish my order. Then the line took a while to move with only 2 cars in front of me. They didn't get my drink right and when they handed me my food i tried to get her attention but she just seemed to ignore me. This is my second time to wait over 17 min 3 cars back from the window. The bacon cheeseburger is my go to meal but lately I've been craving fish and they have a pretty good one for a fast food restaurant. I wish they didn't always give me tiny French fries.
