Every meal was missing the fries, the 9-piece wings had barely any sauce, and the Cobb salad came with no dressing. It honestly felt like no one cared when this order was put together. I took my kids here for the first time recently and they're STILL talking about it a week later. My kid has even started drawing the Whataburger logo for fun. I'm not sure if getting obsessive about Whataburger is a good thing but we will come back in moderation. I did enjoy the Whataburger as I always do. My kids for the chicken tenders and Whataburger Jr with fries. They ate everything! This is a great sign because they can be so picky sometimes. We also took advantage of a free Whataburger through the app sign up, and a free Whataburger Jr through a mailed-in coupon. Our total was around $15 because of the tenders, extra fries, and a drinks. It's fast food, Texas fast food. This is NOT a boutique burger bar. Even my friends from James Beard Foundation know it's fast food and both gave it a double thumbs up. The review is based on a typical burger and fast food joint. The fast food menu offers a variety of burgers and other fried foods. It's my go to place when I'm in the mood for a quick lunch near home. I know what to expect and it meets them. The staff, for the most part are friendly, service quick and while not always healthy, the food is filling. I like the fact that they have table service and not a constant drone of "number 54, your order is ready". The menu is inexpensive which makes it great with families ot taking out friends that you don't want to spend a lot of money on :) I have never had anything bad here nor have I had a bad experience. Great sized burgers, crunchy fries and all the soft drinks you want to consume on your non healthy splurge day. To preface this lovely review, I first began at the whataburger on rock prairie. Unfortunately the crowds were too overwhelming thus I moved to highway 6 in search of a simple meal. As I arrived I was practically the first in line, this gave me hope for a wonderful experience. I ordered flawlessly and sat at those oh-so-comfortable whataburger benches awaiting the arrival of my premium chicken tender, only 3 pieces mind you. I then waited 54 minutes, which is an eternity because who knows how much time we have in the hell-hole of an earth. Now, back to the story, as I waited for 54 minutes, I deeply contemplated my hardest life decisions. Now let's be clear, sweet old Debra is a blessing, however, Kaleb with a K is almost satanic. After close to an hour of asking where my food was Debra went and tracked down my 3 piece chicken while Kaleb with a K was being a bit stingy about it. I then received my #13 with holes in my Texas toast. This was not in fact Texas toast, this is toast I would expect from a state like Minnesota. ABYSMAL. To add, my gravy was no where in sight. He was missing, just like Kalebs father I suppose. To wrap up this "short and sweet" review, give Debra a raise. I highly recommend not ever visiting this hell-hole again. I have been here more times than I would have liked with other people/convenience. It is the absolute worst Whataburger that I have ever had. I always end up going to Rock Prairie or Fitch instead. The burgers are ALWAYS soggy. It never tastes right. Not to mention the service is so terrible. Multiple times that I have been through, they don't answer at the speaker and we just had to continue driving through. They also come out and have to ask you what you've had multiple times. Primarily do to the grackles they have congregating on the outside. I know this is not a fault the whataburger.
