Waited over 30 minutes in the drive through for a cheese burger! Ridiculous! And the employee was not friendly at all!

35 minutes to get breakfast for 4 people in the drive thru and they forgot items. Worst location ever!!!!

For a 24/7 their lobby is always closed. After a long night of work my coworkers like to stop by and sit in their lobby. But for the past 4 weeks they've had their doors closed and the wait time for drive is ridiculous. read more

I frequent Whataburger 3-4 times a week but I've stopped going to this location. Most of the staff aren't friendly and no one seems to care that the drive thru takes nearly 30 minutes (on multiple occasions, regardless of how many care) and inside takes just as long. It doesn't matter the time of day or day of the week, it's always slow. Not to mention, half the time my order is wrong or I have to repeat myself 3-4 times to even get my order in. It's as if the drive thru staff isn't listening. This is the closest location to me but I'm driving further to support a location that actually cares. I hope it improves, but it sure doesn't seem like it will. We've dealt with this for over a year now. read more

This whataburger is not particularly special in any area. The wait is longer here than what I've experienced elsewhere, although this may be due to the time of day I went. The only real selling point for me is the location, as it is just a minute away from several large subdivisions. read more

I don't know who's manager of this place but they need to be fired, this place was by far the dirtiest whataburger I've been in!!!! The servers seemed more intrested in themselves than taking orders, there was no tea in the containers, trash and spilled drinks on the counter, when you walk there's this kind of sludge on the floor like it hasn't been mopped in over a year, I will never come back to this store ever again!!!! read more

Ok, I've written many 4 and 5 star reviews but this will be my first ever 1 star so don't think I'm just trying to flame a place. But, I have to say something about just how awful an experience I had here with my family and how worthy they are of a 1 star rating. So it was after church and naturally the place was busier than normal. We decided to order our food to go. A couple burgers and chicken strips, no big deal, right? Wrong, we sat in there for over 45 minutes. My kids were going bonkers. If I hadn't already paid we would have left. First time I've stopped in at this "new" location. Purposely left the house early so I could stop and grab breakfast, and I was still almost late to work. Ordered two bacon, egg, and cheese taquitos. That's it. No drink, or anything else that could confuse a person with a brain bigger than a rat's, just taquitos. Took almost twenty minutes to get my order in the drive thru, so when I left, I was in a hurry and didn't check the order. Guess what! Got ONE taquito, plus some hash browns. How do you screw up an order of a very basic menu item that you probably sell a hundred of a day? Seriously, people, it's not hard to work a drive thru. I know, I did it for many years. I will not be returning to this location for fear of waiting too long for my food only to have it be the wrong order. read more

Order was wrong to begin with. Took 12 minutes to bring it to me & then it's not even warm. Took it back to counter & they fixed it to the correct burger & it takes another 10 minutes to get it. By then my fries are cold & do they offer to give me new ones? NO! & this burger is also cold .... cheese is not even melted. read more

I am very disappointed with this location. The drive thru is always incredibly slow. I was waiting in the drive thru line at 10:45AM and planned to order honey butter chicken biscuits (which they stop serving at 11AM). I finally made it to the drive thru speaker at 10:57 and the car in front of me didn't pull up all the way so I couldn't speak into the actual speaker. I pulled up in front on the speaker at 10:59 and the employee told me that she wouldn't serve me the chicken biscuits. I literally waited a solid fifteen minutes and I didn't get the biscuits bc of their drive thru line. The employee didn't even offer to compromise, I was upset and drove away. Also, I ordered chicken strips from this location a couple weeks prior and the chicken strips literally looked like nuggets. One out of the three was a standard chicken strip size. Not only did they steal my debit card, but they can NEVER get our order correct. Unsure if it's careless disregard or simply incompetence.

This is by far the worst service from a whataburger I've ever received, to start it off they didn't let me finish my order at the window after I repeatedly told them I had another order and then I had to wait 10 minutes to actually get to the window and when I finally got there I asked her to add onto my order and she got an attitude with me so now add another 10 min for me to finally get my food and get everything right! I just spent a total of 20 min in the drive-thru instead of the average 10 and now I was late to my meeting. Thank you! read more

The food here is the same as all other Whatsburger's but unless you like waiting in the drive thru line for 20 min I would recommend some place else to eat. They are always incredibly slow here. read more

We live right around the corner from this Whataburger. We've come to expect that our order will never be right no matter how many times you repeat it...but we still go. Today, my final straw, where I now refuse to go back, was drawn. I ordered a breakfast platter and a pancake platter. I had one truck in front of me. Pulled up, paid, was then told to pull up ahead of the line, someone would bring my order to me. 10 minutes, I waited. 6 cars came through the line and around me. I got out of my car and opened the store's door to the kitchen to politely see if I might have been forgotten. One of the younger employees who saw me first, addressed me kindly and said she would go see what happened. I got back into my car to be followed by another, older lady with our order. She proceeded to patronize me and tell me that it was my PANCAKES that took so long to cook and next time, if I want pancakes and don't want the 10 minute wait, I should CALL AHEAD. I couldn't believe my ears. To a fast-food joint? I had only just decided to pick up breakfast for my two boys five minutes before driving up! And yay me, my order was wrong when I got home. No.more. I don't know why I ever venture from Chick filet (the best example of customer service with excellent food) right next door. read more

Went through the drive through and my experience was not very good... Slow service, could NOT get any part of the order right... forgot our fries, drinks were straight up carbonated water- no syrup or flavor at all, asked for no onions on my burger - got EXTRA onions. And last but not least we asked for enough condiments for three meals, they gave us ONE ketchup.. if they're advocating for the fast food $15 minimum wage, they in no way deserve that $15 if they cannot get a simple order right.. read more

RIDICULOUS. I decide to come here after Santa wonderland. Keep in mind I'm cold, tired and hungry. There were many people there from winning a football game. The boy at the register is greeting all of his friends. We place our order and wait. It's about 16 of us in total. The young man is going around asking his friends what they order. Not minding us at all! After waiting for about 30 mins or more. We ask the workers how long till our order. They hadn't given us any of our reciepts. Apparently one of the workers balled the reciepts and ignored our order. He was giving out free food from what I can tell. How rude of him. I'm from Houston so thankfully I have many whataburgers to choose from. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I am pissed off completely. I don't understand how this person is still working their. Wasting others time and money. The managers should know better. read more
