You place your order, they make your burger and it goes from the grill to the bun. Nice and greasy like it should be. Chicken Oil has become so packed you can't move. The burgers have become an assembly line. They cook 10-20 and toss them in a pan where they sit until it's moved down the line. Dry & cold. Koppe Bridge has a wonderful atmosphere. Old school country music playing. Creaky wooden floors. The one thing I CAN give the edge to Chicken Oil is the friendly and helpful staff! Because honestly..I've eaten at Koppe numerous times and literally every single time, the girls in the front are essentially snotty Sorority-type girls.
