I have visted this location about a few times since living in the west area...Well tonight was great(as i thought) when ordering my food. Specifically as i ordered my food. I stated... No onions, No seasoning, No lettuce, No Mustard, add Mayo and NO salt on my ff PLEASE NO ONIONS... I didn't bother to check my food bc ive never had a bad experience, from here as i THOUGHT! i get home. To open my food and i have ONIONS AND KETUP and pickles on my ... I was highly dissatisfied because, i think if a customer specifies what they want it should be done. I hope someone lets this location know, that the cooks need to pay attention when the request populate on the screen. Not doing what you want to meet the drive thru count number... If I could give this Whataburger zero stars I would... this is by far the worst Whataburger I have ever came across! The service is horrible, the drive thru employees have no clue how to take an order, and the wait time is unbelievable!!! This is closest Whataburger to my house, and I keep going back to see if maybe for once they can get my order correct and it seems impossible. I have never been one to leave reviews, ever, but if possible stay away from this Whataburger. read more

Whataburger is my favorite!! Sometimes I go to this location and the food is fresh and SO good then other times the fries aren't fresh and the meat tastes like it's been sitting out....I use to work at Whataburger (back in the day) so I know the meat is supposed to be cooked to order, but I also know meat was cooked ahead and set in a pan with a little bit of water on the side...so that's exactly what my meat taste like here....it's not good....if I need to wait for it to be cooked FRESH then I will. Whataburger is too good to be serving cold/almost hard fries and Burgers that aren't as good as they should be :( So management PLEASE make sure fresh/hot food is being served and employees aren't just being lazy!! read more

What a great dine in experience. Zachary the manager greeted us, and was a constant presence. Leading by example.

The lines are always long at this location, and not for a good reason. This normally wouldn't bother me because the food is usually worth the wait but the last 7+ times I have been here I have waited 15+ minutes for food, had employees constantly apologizing for the wait, or I just leave because the line doesn't move at all. Tonight was one of those nights that I REALLY wanted a burger but I'm not willing to wait 20 minutes for a burger when I can pop in and out of the Taco Bell drive through and be on my way home. So I did just that and left and went to Taco Bell. Ended up driving right by whataburger to see the exact same cars in the exact same spots when I got out of line. This location needs something to happen to speed up these wait times. It doesn't seem to be understaffed because when you look in the windows there are a lot of busy bodies but no food being produced or lines moving. read more

The worst food that I have ever eaten, at a Whataburger! The Honey Chicken Biscuit was AWFUL! Hard a a rock and tasted like a glob of grease. So I ate some of my husband's Taquito, the tortilla was hard. And it tasted horrible! Waiting in line for 2 Taquitos and the Honey Chicken Biscuit and two small cokes, which had a greasy residue and tasted like grease! Not going back here! read more

I mean... Yeah it's Whataburger, and I'm Texan so of course it's awesome! But this location just unfortunately has gone downhill over the last few years. This morning I waited forever for two taquitos. Meanwhile the girl at the front was bickering with the people in the back over a screen like they were a bunch of children playing the "mine!" game. This caused her to nearly botch some orders from guests, and an elderly gentleman seemed frustrated with her lack of attention as well. Not to mention the food is subpar. This was the off occasion that I came in instead of driving through. Now I wish I had just sat in the drive thru so I didn't have to witness this embarrassing display. Lots of other customers orders were wrong or they just never got them. Mine was way wrong, but I am now late and don't have time to wait again. I get it's morning rush hour, & I have worked food service for years & I do understand... But the girl at the front counter was just killing me. I went to this location last night at around midnight. I was throughly impressed even with a short wait staff. Mariah who took my order kept apologizing since it was taking a long time. However the order was absolutely perfect. The two employees that were there were moving at lightning speed to get both drive through and inside the restaurant orders completed. My husband loves Whataburger while I am indifferent. I keep trying different items to see if I can find something I really like. Tonight I tried the Whatacatch, as did my husband. His was barely warm while mine was screaming hot... squirting grease all over the side of my face and hand when I attempted to take my first bite. I now have a nice red mark with burn cream on my face. While the fish sandwich tasted fine once I was able to eat it, I don't think I will ever order it again given what happened. To top off a less than great experience, the fries were incredibly salty so we couldn't eat them and the store was out of regular ketchup. read more

I have received excellent, fast, and efficient service today. Associate Graciela welcomed me the moment I have arrived. I was amazed that my order was ready within 5 minutes, since it is made to order at Whataburger (3 burgers and two sides of fries). My previous visits have been slow service, but the associates work very hard and makes sure the customers leave with a smile on their face. At late nights, I've received fries and onion rings either partially cooked or burnt . The burgers were inconsistent too. This location is a hit or miss. read more

They had both lanes going, however, the right lane was much faster than the lane by the windows as well as the, yes we timed it, 20 MINUTES wait time. There were 3 cars ahead of us. managers are complete uncoordinated morons, i got down to ask if the lobby was open , they said yes. i go in and then they tell me it's a long wait. alright that's cool. then a random girl comes up and tells us to get out, that the lobby is closed. then the guy i first asked this about told her "aren't we supposed to be open till 1?" she said no and when the guy told her he was gonna ask someone she stopped him and asked us to leave. there was 4 families still in the lobby. anyways i leave, but i call the store and a manager answers and tells me it's open. okay nice i walk back in, i get asked to step out once again. ok. i call again and someone else told me it's my fault for wanting to dine and that they're trying their best and if i wanna eat i'd have to go elsewhere. side note; i asked what time their lobby had closed today, they said 11:30. yet there i was at 12:05 and i had walked in and people were still there read more

I honestly can't say I've ever had a lower quality fast food burger. Ordered a Jr. and made no modification request. There was a single overwhelming flavor present - mustard. I literally could taste nothing other than the mustard. This was accompanied by a very unpleasant sensation that the sandwich was ice cold. Of course the sandwich had not been refrigerated prior to serving. The lettuce and tomato were, however, so cold that I actually experienced a moment during which I thought the sandwich had indeed been served directly from a refrigerator. Again, it was not. I understand that an employee may in error place a disgusting amount of a condiment onto a product. People make mistakes. I fail to understand how a food chain specializing in a single primary product can fail to understand how the mixing of a significant quantity of very cold ingredients in a hot sandwich would alter that sandwich's taste and feel. A terrible burger combined with a minutes long wait at an order counter inside a restaurant with more staff than customers made for a horrible fast food experience. read more
