The guy with the long grey ponytail insisted that we were lying about not getting the sauce. Everyone here complaining about getting wrong orders, it's because half the staff doesn't speak a word of English. I use the kiosk and have never had an issue. It's a major problem though, if you have employees who can't assist the people literally paying their wages by being patrons. The burgers I got today, fine, but the fries were obviously cooked with old grease and tasted awful, which sucks because that's one of the best parts of McDonald's for me. I'm the type of individual who is pretty easy going even if my order is screwed up. So why the one Star? One Star because it's becoming more and more common for company's including this McDonald's to employ people who get paid to literally goof around and treat their customers like they are a burden. The attitude is total dogshit from the majority of the staff with maybe a couple exceptions. Unfortunately most of these company's never read or care about reviews but they should, as it's just going to get to a point where no one will want to eat here and everyone can kiss their jobs goodbye. Can't speak English, literally can't even master some basic language skills like "thank you, or have a good day" apparently. They look at you with bewilderment if you ask for something. Today they have an employee singing loudly in the kitchen area, sounds like a bunch of children playing in a playground. We all understand that jobs are not fun and can be tedious and frustrating at times, but it just seems like paying jobs are just taken for granted now. They don't give a shit about the customer experience, and you're just a hassle for being there. For $10+ a person to eat fast food it's better just going to a restaurant and paying some one who gives a rats ass about you to actually treat you well because they're incentivized to do so. Mitch was the gentleman who took my order and was very friendly and went out of his way to provide a nice dine-in experience. Being a business owner, I know the importance of having food people that represent your brand. He was working the register and another gentleman came in and he was very friendly to him as well! Many different locations have gone down hill as far as food quality and especially they have lost the art of giving great customer service.... My pet peeve is when I get lukewarm French fries and mine were hot!Mitch was very friendly and professional and I can tell that he is a people's person. Having a great team members is key to have repeat customers. I will be making this my go to McDonald's location from here on out. He told me he has worked at this location for 13 years!!! Look I'm not normally one to come on here and do a bunch of complaining, I worked fast food, specifically McDonald's a couple of years ago so I understand the frustrations of complaints. However, I gave yall grace before I said anything. There's absolutely no reason at all, that in less than 24 hours, yall did the same thing to my food TWICE. I know when the grease needs to be changed, like I said I worked there before. I ordered breakfast and the grease was old, I had black stuff in my food and I let it go. It's the morning shift, everyone's tired, no biggie. I ordered again, around 9 that night, the same issue if not worse. There's no reason for that, there's multiple shifts coming on in a day. So I arrive at this McDonald's at 10:30 and a line full of maybe eight people and I get to the speaker and a soon as I get there after the person in front of me had their order taken I get a machine operator voice saying that they're closed so now I'm stuck in the drive-through with cars behind me and in front of me at this speaker. this place doesn't close till 11 o'clock I don't know what they're doing but someone needs to get a hold of the store and do something with it. This McDonald's has probably got to have one of the fastest breakfast drive-thru's I've ever experienced. I was in and out within 10 minutes and about five cars were ahead of me. Management was rude while working drive thru. He refused to allow me have my burger made with extra onions. Upgraded drinks without consent and when I complained about not being able to get my extra onions and asked to speak ta mgr., he said he was the mgr. Then very rudely and condescendingly asked if I wanted my order or not. Of course I want my food. Then when I receive my food I'm so furious I didn't check everything right then. Get a few seconds down road and start eating my portion of the French fries in an attempt to eat them while hot. Well the fries were ice cold and so was rest of the order. The new @McDonalds #McWrap... Well that's some pretty fancy packaging. Has this little flap they pull out to show which one you got and a clever tear-off tab so you can unveil your wrap without having to worry about the contents of the wrap flopping into your lap! This wrap boasts a generous amount of warm, flavorful chicken, nice greens, and this one (sweet chili) had some lightly marinated cucumbers. I was surprised though when I bit into it and discovered it had WAYY too much mayo!! It had a decent price point and as such, I'd probably get this again. read more

Placed a drive thru order for a meal and an extra order of large fries. I paid at the first window. At the pick up window, I got my drink and was asked to park off to the right. A person brought me a bag with just the sandwich, no fries. I told her that's not what I ordered and stated what I did order. While waiting for my correct order, I noticed the cashier had rung up the meal and an extra order of medium fries, not large. Then another person brought me just the sandwich with no onions and no fries, also not what I ordered. Third person brought me the sandwich and an order of fries, so just the meal I ordered, not the extra order of fries. I gave her the receipt in hopes the fourth time would be the last. I saw the review by Rick L which I thought was funny as this guy clearly has NO clue what fast food means, so I figured I'd have to review it as well. 1st off this Rick guy must be an idiot as the ONLY fast food place that I know that uses fresh meat is Wendy's, McDonalds and Burger King both use meat patties that were frozen. Either way you can't order the way your burger is cooked, i.e. Medium, Medium-well, Well as they are ALL well done; what does Mr. Suave think this place is the Chart House which has Kobe Beef Burgers... LOL... I got a McDouble with no pickle, add Tomato and Lettuce, a small fry, and a large drink. Never will I get a McDouble with Lettuce again as it had that crappy shredded lettuce and their tomatoes taste so horrible w/o any flavor at all so it makes you wonder if you're eating some mushy crap, the worker's gooey spit, or some engineered tasteless tomato. I usually like McDonald's french fries but at this place they tasted like they were sitting out in cold grease for a while and were re-flash fried to be served instead of being thrown away... Sooo disappointed with this McDonalds, I think once in the past they even gave me a hard time over using a BOGO or similar coupon deal that I had... I remember it was a Free Angus Burger from their Monopoly game that they didn't want to honor. This McDonalds here really struggles to get orders correct. I have been there several times and it is rare that when we dine in, somebody is not complaining about the accuracy of their order. Also, the name "Fast Food" should not apply here as there is nothing fast about it, even when there are few to no customers. The "money tables," if I can use that term in a McDonalds, are often times occupied by staff, thus not available to customers. By and large, the line staff are nice, but the management here leaves a lot to be desired. They generally look and act like they don't want to be there. The one issue I have had with staff is a young man who cleans the floors. Even when people are eating, he will sweep dirt into the air while you are eating. Instead of sweeping it directly into a dust pan, he will sweep it into the air, then into a big pile, possible under the table you are eating at. I think he may have mental issues as I saw him biting himself in a corner of the dining area. I tried to address his cleaning habits with a manager, but they really did not listen. The food is not bad and the tea tastes reasonably fresh. They use liners in their tea canisters, that is a plus, but they guard the condiments, including the salt and pepper, like it was gold. Went back a few days ago and it's gotten worse. If you go for breakfast (at least on the weekends) and get there early, there will be no ice unless they get it from the back for you. The person who fills the ice machine does not get to work until later in the morning and nobody else fills it. People were out in front of the store begging and harassing customers entering and management did nothing. I can't give them 2 stars anymore! read more

I just spent 30.00 to get home and realize 3 of the 4 burgers I ordered were made wrong! On top of that they handed me my 5 drinks and 2 of my combos then asked me to park for the rest of my order, So now my drinks are watering down and 2 of my fries are getting cold while sitting there waiting for the rest of my order. Just terrible, I mean I asked for Mustard and pickle only on my burgers and it even says so on the receipt!
