The drive-thru setup at this Chick-fil-A is a mess. Since adding the online order pickup lane, the lines for the regular drive-thru have gotten much longer and now cause major congestion and safety issues along Clifford. I was in the area visiting the Civil War Museum and wanted to eat here afterward. What a delight in eating at a CFA I've never been to before! As with all the other locations, I used the phone mobile app to place an order for dine-in. The employee who brought my meal was smiling and seemed happy to be on shift today. A true joy to experience! I had two plain CFA sandwiches, both with Pepper Jack cheese. Yum! Absolutely delicious! The restaurant seemed clean and well-maintained, including the parking lot as well. I drive thru this location a minimum of 2 times (sometimes more) a week. Everything has flowed wonderfully up to this point. Today.. new corporate idea.. "Drive Thru" lane and "Mobile Thru" lane. This is the first time I was sitting out in the parking lot area behind 12 cars while 2 cars total were in the Mobile Thru lane. TERRIBLE idea corporate! I love supporting good businesses with moral clarity but this is really goofy messing with an already smooth running model. We have been here several times and have always had a great experience! This last time there was an employee who went above and beyond with not only me but 2 of my kids as well, his name is Nathan. He was so polite and treated even the smaller guests with respect, gratitude and made them laugh! We were running errands and got hungry so we stopped at this Chick-Fil-A to grab some food. The food was great, and the minimal interaction we had with the employees were nice. We ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich, a Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich, and two Large Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries. Everything was quite delicious, something you'd expect from Chick-Fil-A. As for the customer service, we didn't interact much with the employees because we did a mobile order. However, from the small interaction we did have with the employee who handed us our food, she was pretty nice and generous. Used to be my favorite Chick-fil-A close by but the service has gone downhill recently. I have received incorrect orders, dealt with servers who didn't care and had longer wait times. A manager named "Maria" did nothing to rectify the problem but the server did wish me a "blessed day". I'm not sure they know what that means. read more

SOS Corporate and Owner!!! What happened this is not Chick Filet...went around 1:30pm to eat lunch ..first off I want say WOW! When my husband and I arrived. You had 2 management and a employee outside yelling at group of young boys about something threatening to call the police they all had bags of food in their hands so not sure what they did but I found this upsetting. Proceeded to go inside and we were shocked of dirty lobby and restroom I understand busy and lunch and some dirty tables..But it was horrible like it was months worth of dirty..Went to bathroom and it was filthy no toilet paper in stall. I could not imagine this what a franchise owner would want his/her investment be represented. Especially Chick Filet..they have high expectations...and a quality above everyone else..Get rid of that management and find someone that cares before it's too late...! Think managment needs to have priorities clean the store and not harass children. P.S. We didn't eat there..left went down the street and it was much more cleaner and great service read more

I placed a catering order for this location on Saturday at 4:51 pm to be picked up Monday morning at 7 am. The order was for a large cookie and brownie platter for my son to take to school and celebrate his birthday with his class. I showed up to the restaurant at 7:05am for them to tell me they didn't have any chocolate chip cookies. I don't understand how you can be out of cookies at 7am, but I was mostly bothered that they did not even call to tell me before I drove over there to pick up my order. Absolutely disgusting. Wife and I came here around 1:45 Saturday. While in the parking lot we noticed 3 managers chasing a group of 8 year old boys into the parking lot and out into the adjacent park.One of the women managers ran past me . Certainly didn't look like any Chic Fil a manager I ever saw (covered in tattoos!) Inside I have never seen a Chic fil a as filthy as this, every table dirty, trash all over the floors, part eaten sandwiches laying everywhere, sauces covering the condiment areas, unbelievable. Mr franchise owner, you should have your franchise revoked. I'm sure you invested a great deal of money here to allow this to happen. Unbelievable!!Wife and I both turned around and left.
