Visited this must go Texas burger and it was ok. I tried breakfast burger and it was yummy. Nothing super special.

I stopped by to see what the hype is about since people are always comparing in n out to what a burger... honestly dont care if the food is good anymore. Placed my order and i got my number 81 to go and sat at the first table where the workers bring out food. It was not until order 87 and 88 that i asked someone for my order that they finally went to figure it out. All of the people who ordered after me already left. My first job was working at burger king. I could work the drive thru cash register, get drinks and food myself so a whole store only needed like 4 people to run even during the meal time rush hours. There are at least 10 people working and they are all idiots. Change your name to "what a 5hitty burger" In n out rocks the hell out of what a burger in every possible way... dont offer me free stuff, means ill have to wait longer... doesnt make up for crappy service when i only ordered one burger to go. Me and a close friend went in for a late night burger and snack in order to catch up on life. My friend ordered just a meat patty which the manager, Greg, thought was quite peculiar. Everyone about enjoying our sandwich and burger patty be conversed like old friends and enjoyed a shared meal together. After we have concluded our eating, Greg came up to us and began to make small talk which we could tell he very enjoyed, as we did. I work nearby and always have a good experience. Today I came in at lunch and although they were busy, the line inside and in drive thru was moving at a good pace. I ordered on the app and my food was done pretty quickly. If you don't like to wait during busy hours I highly suggest the app and you get points for future purchases. Whataburger USED to be some great burgers. What's happened? They are NEVER HOT anymore. Always tepid to the touch. Twice I've turned in the Whataburger with cheese because the cheese didn't melt--it was that cold. Too many times you guys have failed me, How dare you ask me to pull to the B lane in a parking lot not fit for a gokart at 10pm, and Then have the nerve to mess up my order in typical whataburger fashion. This whataburger is not equipped to have a B lane the parking lot is way too small! There's people backing out of the parking lot and almost kill you every time its way too crammed you do not have room for a B lane! This Whataburger always seems to not give a single care about customer service including its managers. On multiple occasions I've waited in line for 30-45 mins then had missing food, I have been forgotten about, workers tend to shove food out the window without even looking to where I have dropped the bag bc I wasn't holding it yet. I have had to ask for my change back because it wasn't give back to me, then get no apology just a, "are you serious?!" Everytime I come to this location I have to wait more than 30 minutes to be served, but this time I had to write a review. Waited in the drive thru line for 12 minutes before anyone took my order, then it took an additional 24 minutes before receiving the food and there was only 1 car in front of me. This location is by THE WORST at operating a functional drive thru. I counted at least 5- 6 staff members in the back so I'm not sure why it takes them this long to prepare the food. Management needs to take a trip to Chick-Fil-A to see how to manage a busy & functional drive thru line. Do better......your food is not that great to make customers wait more than 30 minutes for "fast food" hamburger & fries. AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU DON'T WANT GUM IN YOUR FOOD. I usually would never even consider taking time to write a review about anything but I am legit pissed. I bought a burger and pancakes and when I got home and grabbed the utensils for the pancakes it stuck to the top of the container. There was a white piece of gum firmly placed on the top. I called and the guy that answered the phone hung up in my face after I explained what happened. I called again and a women answered. I explained what happened and she said it couldn't be gum in the bag because they aren't allowed to chew gum. She then proceeded to argue that there wasn't gum in the bag. Online ordering for curbside at this location is TERRIBLE! Twice I've gotten there at the time my order is supposed to be ready and have had to wait at least an additional 20 minutes! This Whataburger is in need of some work, the customer service that I experienced the other night was horrible. Waited in the line patiently which is perfectly fine, but after I had ordered I had to wait another hour to receive my food. DO NOT GO HERE! We waited in line for 30 minutes after ordering, just for our meals with chicken to have chicken as hard as a rock and crunchy . I would give this location zero stars if I could. Went here for the first time today and placed my order. I guess this location likes playing practical jokes with their customers. I placed my order and the girl working the drive through decided to correct me on how I was saying my order. I repeated what I wanted 3 times and she corrected me three times. I then asked her if we were not talking about the same thing and she said yes. So, knowing what I was trying to order she thought it would be funny to correct me not once but three times. I get to the window and her and her co-worker proceed to look at me through the window and laugh. She hands me my food and when I finally make it home (because I do not live in Georgetown) my son opens his burger that is supposed to be a double cheeseburger with bacon and they gave him a plain burger with just meet and cheese. Nothing else on it. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager. I explained to her what happened and as they always do she offered to replace my meal. I told her no, I do not want free food. Not only do I live 20 minutes away and not turning to go back in 5pm traffic but I will never go to their location again. I wanted her to know she had unprofessional, rude and disrespectful employees working for her that did not understand anything about customer service. They thought the entire thing was funny and I guaranteed her this was not the first time these employees pulled this crap. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a fast food place. I would first like to preface this by saying that I don't hold anything against the managers of this location, but since I have moved to Georgetown I have always gone to the highway 35 location. My experience with this location has mostly been negative because of the fact that employees take way to long on simple orders while playing around in front of customers. For example, the last couple of times I've ordered ahead of time for a pick-up order, they have taken between 15-30 minutes to bring out my order. The first time, they began bringing it out as I had lost patience and decided to leave and let my money go to waste. This time, they brought out my drink and claimed that was all I had ordered. After the worker was corrected on their mistake, they went back inside and never came back out. At the 20 minute mark of waiting, I pulled up through the drive thru to ask why there were so many issues with a small order and was informed that my entire order had been ready for the last 20 minutes, but had just been ignored. I do believe the manager handled the situation very well and remade the order as it had gotten cold, but overall, I am never coming back to this location. read more

Really bad service and quality when it comes to whataburger. Waited for over 20 minutes for my food before someone finally checked into my order after watching loads of people that came in after me receive their order and all I had ordered was a tiny water burger Junior with cheese and bacon and they couldn't even get that right. My burger didn't even have mustard on it, now does that sound like a whataburger to you? I've traveled all over this great state of Texas not to mention New Mexico and Arizona and I've probably been to at least 40 different whataburgers and this was absolutely the worst that I've ever had. I think everyone is asleep here at this location. The girl at the speaker was dryer than the Texas weather in summer. She seemed like you were inconveniencing her by telling her your order. I like how they have two lanes now where you can have a person come by and scan your app. The guy who took the payment was dryer than toast. I believe in great customer service and would highly recommend this company to adapt Chick-fil-A's style or give all your employees a lesson with hospitality and customer service. They should read "Setting the Table," and learn about it more. The service industry in Georgetown is looking very grim and I don't foresee it getting any better. read more

"Average quality, nice employees, and clean" This was a little hole in the wall Whataburger off the side of 35. Perfect for making a morning stop in route to Dallas. It's been so long since I've had a honey butter chicken biscuit, so we were reunited here and graced by the presents of Simply Orange Juice. My favorite!! I must say the honey butter chicken biscuit was just okay, but the hash browns were super crisp. The employees were very friendly (could have been out of boredom since no one else was there) and they kept the place clean. Literally clean...there were wet floor signs all the way to the bathrooms.
