We love the protein style burgers. We live in Georgetown so in-N-Out is 5 minutes away but what makes our vista extra enjoyable? Jason, what a sweet nice young man. He was very polite to us and asked us several times if everything was good, did we need anything. He made our vist so enjoyable I had to leave this review. I believe it was Carl karcher, the founder of Carl's Jr. Who once said, you can buy a burger anywhere but the service is what will make you great. I hadn't been to In N Out in a while cause it's just not even close to the goodness that it was in the 90s in Los Angeles. Not even close. Come on...make it that greasy again. But my burger was great. I think I have gotten the Double Double 99% of the time, except when I once tried a Triple Triple. But why are they sooooo slow here and give priority to the burgers on the grill, to the people in the drive thru. That's really crappy. I timed it. There was 5 minutes between receipt numbers being called. I waited 18 minutes for my food after placing the order. Thank gawd I got to work on time. Sorta clean restaurant. read more

I know it is a California thing, but dang this place can turn out some good cheeseburgers... Especially with the grilled onions. My oh my it is scrumptiously delicious. Historically, I've had an issue with their french fries, being soggy and not crisp. I ran into their manager a few months ago and he told me I could always ask for them extra crispy... I did that a time to you but this visit I did not, and they were perfect. Nice crispness to them and just the perfect amount of salt. One thing that you may not consider ordering, but you should, or their shakes. The strawberry shake was just outstanding... Thick and delicious. You literally cannot go wrong with in-n-out. They always get your order right, it's always fresh, and always delicious. And the customer service is always exceptional! I love their new garbage, compost, and recycle containers but the trash section does fill up very fast causing a bit of a mess and some confusion. Woman who took our drive thru order at around 8:45pm on 4/12 is most likely racist. She called the cops on my boyfriend (who is black) for slurring his words and being drunk. Also claimed we had supposed alcoholic beverages in the car. We had 6 cop cars pull us over the moment we left the drive thru. For that level of reaction, I cannot help but feel she made other baseless claims. Of course nobody had been drinking and there were zero drinks in the car, minus the root beer we had JUST gotten from them. But the fries... oh my oh my. I just can't fathom why oh why. With sauce and onions and plenty of cheese, somehow they manage to still fail to please! In-n-out, do me a favor. They are super friendly! This was my first time to visit in-n-out, and I definitely will be coming back. It's hard for me to find things to eat since I have a very high allergy to eggs. They took my allergy very seriously and was able to give me something delicious. The prices were the best I have seen considering how they have gone up so drastically.
