The "hot sauce" isn't even hot at all but the food was bussin overall it was a nice thick burger and was welll coocked

Jeez. We decided to make a run. Last time we really enjoyed our burgers but ordered through the drive thru- This time we came in to eat. It was super clean inside and noticeably empty. We ordered our regulars. Double cheese, extra pickle add mayo and ketchup. Double hamburger with only mayo extra pickles and lettuce. And Fries. The sandwich arrived and the fries were cold. Sent em back immediately. My Double cheese was wrong. No lettuce, no tomatoes no mayo. Uggggh sent it back as well. Frustrating. It took a lot longer than expected for them to replace the burger and fries. The quality wasn't as good as our drive through experience. Both burgers were dry (had very little ketchup, mayo and mustard) and the fries even after replaced weren't that good. I also noticed that they seem to be slicing the tomatoes thinner. The quality of Whataburgers beef is still good though but fast food hamburgers in general seem to taking a major Nose dive. read more

If zero was possible, they'd deserve it. Consistently awful service, quality, and wait times. Spend 10 mins in line to get awful food

This Whataburger is always so busy, so I was not expecting any different on a Saturday night. However, we still received great customer service and despite all 5 of us having customized orders, everything was made just how we asked. We dined in and did not have to wait too long for our orders. With every one asking for different things on their burgers, and it being busy; having a short wait was understandable but even then, it wasn't too bad. As far as the food goes, it's Whataburger. I don't think we've ever had a bad burger there and our visit wasn't any different. read more

The food was super good but we had issues with the service. Only around 5 people in the building and the wait for our food was extreme and as we left The girls in the kitchen decided to make smart remarks about us and hid in the back. We heard one girl even say "Why didn't y'all want to go out there" referring to giving people their meals to avoid us. Today I had a hankering for Whataburger for lunch. I already had it in my mind that we would be waiting in line, as we always do, for a good 20 minutes or so. And when we drove up to the drive thru to find it wrapped, we knew we were in it for the long haul. HOWEVER, we ended up getting right through! The employee took our payment and within a few minutes brought everything out to us. Hooray for miracles! I know it sounds degrading, but today was a rare occasion to get our food and get out of line. I'm grateful! Husband tried the smoked bacon burger while I ordered the smoked bacon chicken (original). It is a new item on the menu. The board says it has a tangy sauce, I'd say it's more of a spicy sauce than tangy. Maybe I'll have them omit it next time since I don't like a lot of sauce in the first place. We both enjoyed our meal. Our fries were fresh from the grease too. I guess just be prepared to wait and if you get through, count your blessings ;) P.S. it's not JUST this location that takes a long time, every Whataburger I've visited has this issue. So it could be that they make it fresh? That being said, I've never received cold food from any Whataburger location. Odd - my receipt says this Whataburger is in Fort Worth, but Google and the USPS say it's in Haslet. Whichever it is, there is no beating the #5 Combo - Whataburger With Bacon And Cheese, Fries, and a Big Ol' Dr. Pepper. Best meal anywhere! read more

Courteous, fast, very fresh breakfast burritos. Guy working the DT window was very cordial and really seemed to want to be helpful at work.

Went here tonight through the drive through . After we ordered it took 20 min to get our food . The order ended up not being right for my husband. Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger . Came with no veggies on it and they put barbecue sauce on it which wasn't asked for and the food was cold . Also, if you want people to continue to come here you might want to go over customer service with your staff. I can see why to is location only has a 2.0 rating . read more

Whataburger? More like what-a-wait. I went there and got one meal and a medium fry and waited for 40 minutes to get my food. There were online orders waiting, people who ordered inside waiting for their food, the drive thru was barely moving, and everybody was asking about where their food was. Somebody even came in and then left within 3 minutes because no one was at the counter, and people told her how long they had been waiting. I don't know if it's because I went at night or what, but they are definitely short handed. My food wasn't bad and came out hot though. read more

Went there Saturday morning on my way to the airport. I made my order in the drive thru and paid for my food and when he was giving me change, it dropped out of his hand and fell in the driveway. I don't normally come here to talk bad on business but this location has one of the worst customer service I've experienced, the drive thru is terrible you can barely hear the people and it sounds like the microphone is inside their mouth. We Went there this morning around 10 am to get some potato egg and cheese taquitos with extra cheese and the tortilla was so dry and over cooked. It was absolutely terrible. However the inside of the tortilla was great so we all ate the inside. Don't go there for breakfast unless you want way overdone tortillas. read more

(I honestly didn't even notice) the manager that morning, Cheyenne, came out with my food and apologized for the wait. I never leave reviews at fast food restaurants because the food and service is generally all the same: average. This exception was sparked by the exceptional service I received tonight. Even at 10pm, the personnel was incredibly kind and professional. Tyrone in particular provided a first class service with a smile; it was a nice change of pace to be greeted by someone who was happy to be there. Usually this is one of the better whataburgers around but tonight I ate almost half of my burger & then realized it was not cooked. Usually this wouldn't be a problem at a dinning restaurant where they ask how you'd like your burger cooked how ever this was not that situation. If only 0 stars was an option. This place employs the most perfect of examples to define the word degenerate. Went through the drive thru this evening (against my better judgement) and ordered 2 meals one of which was 9 chicken pieces. Got home to open the meal to find 3, you read that right 3 pieces out of 9. You wonder the difficulty in counting to numbers under 10 and there is just no answer to that. Mistakes happen, sure but then we called because on top of that they did not return my form of payment. The phone call to a business went like this: "Wud up your calling whataburger how can we help you?" Not shocked by the unprofessionalism (as that was apparent) when asking for a manager the phone was passed to another immature individual who found humor is speaking in a fake language. After about the 4th person had played games a Kaylee got on claiming to be the manager (wether she is or isn't no ones knows.) Her and my husband then exchanged words and he left to return for not only a refund but to also pick up my card. Upon his arrival he was greeted with the utmost immaturity and disrespect by 4 male children who found humor in cowardly hiding behind a wall and talking about his appearance. Coming from people who couldn't count to begin with that was pretty rich. The fact that these people are what the world has coming in the years to come is sad and terrifying. It's shameful that these businesses don't vet employees or properly train them but what's worse is their parents don't raise them correctly. Its safe to safe we will never return to any whataburger ever, and we will be sure to tell anyone wanting to go there to not give them a dime. It's no surprise their ratings are consistently so low. Got my order wrong right off the bat, and when we didn't take too long to fix it it's very irritating to sit in line in a hot car while they fix a problem that shouldn't have happened. Maybe if they repeated to the customer what they ordered things like that wouldn't happen. read more
