    #20 Taquito with Cheese
    Amy H.

My taquito had an entire finger of a glove inside. I called and Taylor offered to give me a free one next time I come in. She didn't seem very concerned about the issue at all.

Today I had a hankering for Whataburger for lunch. I already had it in my mind that we would be waiting in line, as we always do, for a good 20 minutes or so. And when we drove up to the drive thru to find it wrapped, we knew we were in it for the long haul. HOWEVER, we ended up getting right through! The employee took our payment and within a few minutes brought everything out to us. Hooray for miracles! I know it sounds degrading, but today was a rare occasion to get our food and get out of line. I'm grateful! Husband tried the smoked bacon burger while I ordered the smoked bacon chicken (original). It is a new item on the menu. The board says it has a tangy sauce, I'd say it's more of a spicy sauce than tangy. Maybe I'll have them omit it next time since I don't like a lot of sauce in the first place. We both enjoyed our meal. Our fries were fresh from the grease too. I guess just be prepared to wait and if you get through, count your blessings ;) P.S. it's not JUST this location that takes a long time, every Whataburger I've visited has this issue. So it could be that they make it fresh? That being said, I've never received cold food from any Whataburger location. I'm giving them all five stars based on TODAY'S speedy service, as a full disclosure.

Odd - my receipt says this Whataburger is in Fort Worth, but Google and the USPS say it's in Haslet. Whichever it is, there is no beating the #5 Combo - Whataburger With Bacon And Cheese, Fries, and a Big Ol' Dr. Pepper. Best meal anywhere!

Whataburger? More like what-a-wait. I went there and got one meal and a medium fry and waited for 40 minutes to get my food. There were online orders waiting, people who ordered inside waiting for their food, the drive thru was barely moving, and everybody was asking about where their food was. Somebody even came in and then left within 3 minutes because no one was at the counter, and people told her how long they had been waiting. I don't know if it's because I went at night or what, but they are definitely short handed. My food wasn't bad and came out hot though.

Horrible customer service, long wait times and they get the orders wrong. Managers don't care. By far worst whataburger.

Anyhoo 4/5 Girlfriend Review: I got the truffle fries & the Thunderbird burger *beef patty & gluten free bun. Fries came out hot and fresh- full of flavor! The burger (cooked medium well) was very good as well, I actually like this gluten free bun. Close-to the texture of a biscuit. The bun was a little crumbly but no problem there napkins on the table!! Truffle sauce and ranch as dipping sauces were the move! Brianna took our order & made sure the kitchen knew I needed gluten free. She had made sure we didn't feel rushed while ordering. She also made sure the FOH stayed clean.

Even though the more you ate the saltier it got?! But it still was fine for me with the burger. Today I got the wagyu special (can't remember the exact name but it had the green box around it) I believe it's the Cadillac Wagyu and then husband got the wagyu smash. Gotta get that soda to go with the meal. Overall great experience for me. I had to wait for my food to settle once we killed every bite before saying I wanted more cause it definitely kept me filled the rest of the night (starting at 5pm). One of my go to places for a good fresh burger. Definitely try it!

The restaurant is locally owned and run by the sweetest family, and you can really feel that care in both the service and the food. The space is small, clean, and welcoming, located right off 114 near the IHOP/Wingstop area. Despite the ongoing construction on 114 (which has been a mess), they've stayed incredibly consistent. The food is always good--like, reliably good--and I honestly have zero complaints. I always order the paneer tikka masala, and it is so, so good every single time. My husband and my boys are obsessed with the chicken biryani and swear it hits every time they order it. I left this meal feeling both impressed and confused, which is probably the most honest review I…read morecan give. Let's start with the star of the show: the fried soft-shell crab bao. Good grief, this thing was phenomenal. It may have been the single best item we ordered. The crab was cooked perfectly with a satisfying crunch, the bao was pillowy soft, and they showed admirable restraint with the sauce. Too many places drown everything in mayo and call it creativity. Not here. Every bite was balanced and absolutely delicious. Then there was the pork belly burger, which looked like it was about to become my new favorite burger in Fort Worth. Unfortunately, it never quite got there. The pork belly hadn't rendered enough, making it chewy and difficult to bite through. The beef patty also seemed oddly resistant to being bitten. I shouldn't need the jaw strength of an alligator to eat a burger. My wife ordered the black garlic ramen. She loved the broth and thought the egg was excellent, but the noodles were surprisingly firm and ended up mostly untouched. The kid's meal was probably the easiest win of the night. My son happily devoured the chicken tenders and was thrilled to discover that dessert was included. The Cookie Monster ice cream may have generated more excitement than anything else on the table. Overall, this place feels like a restaurant with some genuinely brilliant ideas and a few execution issues. When they're on, they're REALLY on. That soft-shell crab bao alone is worth the trip. I'd happily come back, but next time I might just order three baos and call it dinner.
