The people are great, super friendly. Their restaurants are always clean. Parking, dining room, behind the counter and restrooms. Spotless. Driving in it was packed. Drive thru was lined up around the corner and down the street. Dining room was packed as well but we were able to order right away and grabbed a booth. A line formed though and it moved quickly. Our burgers arrived fairly quickly. 5 minutes max. They were delicious. We love getting them protein style. (Lettuce wrapped). Fries were hot and crispy. Now that I know to order them well done I love them! What's impressive is the consistency. No matter where I go In and Out Delivers! Everything is always hot and fresh. Less than $20! This far north Fort Worth location is quickly becoming a favorite lunch spot during our shopping runs in the area. Restaurant is always clean and well lit, and what's not to love with the throw back decor and service with a smile every time we visit. On the busier days, seating can be a challenge, but the tables clear fast and normally clean within minutes. The menu is simple, and you know what you getting when going in fresh burgers and hand cut fries, both never frozen, an it definitely adds to the taste. We had never tried In N Out Burger until today. This location is constantly packed with cars, so we thought we'd check it out. I was surprised by the quality, meaning nothing really tasted fresh. I'm really at a loss because I don't see what the allure is. All of the packaging states fresh, never frozen. However, the hamburger patty was very thin and tasted like a frozen patty. The fries were dry and stale and, even though the packaging claims they are cut fresh every day, they tasted like freezer burnt fries. The best part of the food was the sweet tea and chocolate shake, both were amazing. The service was fast, helpful, and gave off a 1950s vibe. To be blunt, I don't miss California. Yes, it's got very scenic areas. But those in charge have put the state into a water shortage, run businesses out of the state, ruined the schools, mismanaged the forests and seen two towns burn down, and have used an easily-treated bug as an excuse to put the state under Fascist tyranny. And in key locations, people love it that way. But I do miss In-n-Out. In-n-Out Burger is not the best burger I've ever had. But when comparing fast food places, In-n-Out is near the top. It's one of the best exports from California you can find, if you can find it. One reason is that they emphasize freshness. Their restaurants are located only within driving distance of places that make the beef patties and fries, which is why it's not nationwide. Whataburger is simply not as good, especially after they were bought out by a corporation in Chicago. I was in Fort Worth on business, and was pleasantly surprised to see a billboard on I-35W advertising an In-n-Out! I looked it up on Yelp, and found that there are around 10 In-n-Outs in the Metroplex. This one was close to where I was staying, so this is where I went. I hoped for the usual In-n-Out experience. It was not the usual experience; it was BETTER. I went a little early, so I missed the crowd both inside and in the drive-thru. Be warned, though, that if the crowd is there, someone in your party will need to snag a table NOW before even placing the order, because they go fast. I got my usual 4x4 with grilled onions. I've always liked In-n-Out's burgers. But this one, the patty has a strong bbq taste. I was pleasantly surprised about that, and it added to my enjoyment of my burger. I wrote a note about this on their FB page, and I hope management sees it. Whatever this In-n-Out is doing, I hope the others pick is up. Fries are pretty good, too. In-n-Out. I don't know if you'd call it "the taste of California"; there are many parts of California, so what region do you mean? But it does show why it's the most popular burger chain in that state. I really love in&out for a lot of reasons but the fact that they'll put your order in a box is so great I had not been through the drive up and I was so excited about it! This location is conveniently close to home and one of the busiest I've seen. It seems there's always a line in the drive-thru, sometimes short, but most of the time long. It's not that they're slow, it's just because they're THAT busy. Although understandably so being situated in the bustling Presidio Town Village shopping center. But the staff is always friendly here, from the order taker on the intercom to the rest of the drive thru crew. I have not dined inside because ain't nobody got time for that. I come here now specifically for keto bunless burger options. Whether it be custom orders like the Flying Dutchman or burgers made protein style, they happily take my order without batting an eye. And if you don't know what those are...where have you been? These secret items have not been a secret for years lol. Other fast food burger joints custom make their burgers for low carb options too when asked, but In-N-Out says, "I got you fam" with no hesitations! The protein style burgers with fresh veggies can be challenging to eat as it starts sliding with every bite but it's a tasty drippy mess. This last time I got a 3x2 with because protein. That's 3 hamburger patties with 2 slices of cheese wrapped in lettuce along with the usual toppings. It's definitely going to be a nice go-to from now on! The Flying Dutchman is nice when I want to really want to limit my carbs. That's two slices of cheese sandwiched between two hamburger patties. I get pickles and spread on the side which I lightly dip the patties in. Now when I'm having a cheat day (always keeping it real), In-N-Out is not something I consider. The very best burger you can get for the price. Any other fast food chain's alternative to the Double Double is twice the price; lower quality cheaper ingredients, and for some reason doesn't include the obligatory lettuce, tomato and onion; and if you choose to add it back on, they charge you for each individual one. In n out has fresh quality ingredients, they won't charge you extra for ingredients that the standard traditional cheeseburger comes with, they're very friendly, efficient, and every time I'm shocked that I only paid 5 bucks and some change for this bad boy. Just the cheeseburger and I'm full til the next day. Sometimes money is super tight so I've been a frequent dollar menu regular at all the chains (not my preference but what I could afford that was open) and guaranteed; this is the best bang for your buck. They're open later than most of their competitors too. The drive thru is always gridlocked and wrapped around the restaurant so just go inside it's faster than drive thru anyways, at least when it's that many cars deep. read more

They know how to hire and train them. They greet you, talk to...ask how you are doing and where you are from. They are laughing genuinely asking you questions. Sadly I cannot solve the great debate on whataburger v in-n-out. But holy smokes this burger was DELICIOUS. It was seriously so freaking tasty, the only downfall is that the meat on the cheeseburger is almost not there. So go ahead and order a double Bc it's like getting a regular burger elsewhere. Burger presentation 10/10 filled with veggies and their special sauce. I will say this, if you hate mayo and "special sauces" like me, just go for it.
