Tonight we ordered again, we were given a pink lemonade when a chocolate shake was what we ordered, the turnover flavor was right this time but , no drizzle on the cherry turnover . The number to the restaurant doesn't work so can't get a hold of anyone, uber says I'm somehow ineligible for a refund of milk shake so now we're assed out . 0/10 recommend ordering from here , unless you're there in person to have the correct order made if they get it wrong . read more

Went by the drive way and had a really good experience. Alejandra Lopez was very friendly and polite placed the order only once and got the order correctly with no issues. Service was fine. The food was terrible. We got the "Steak nuggets" for the first time. They were extremely dry, very smoky (too much so), and they tasted more like smoked salmon than steak. If I want smoked salmon, I'll order some. I want steak and this wasn't it. I would NEVER buy this again. Whoever "invented" it, should be fired, along with everyone that approved putting it on the menu. I recently visited Arby's again after having not eaten here since early 2020' before the Covid lockdowns. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Slider, which used to be one of my favorite Arby's items. I was quite shocked to find out that the price has gone up an entire dollar from $1.49 to $2.49 but I missed this favorite of mine so I continued with my order. Upon receiving my Buffalo Slider and opening it, I was disappointed to find that this item has not only gone up a dollar in price, but it is also no longer even a slider! Whereas it used to come on an actual slider bun, it now comes on a very small dinner roll pretending to be a slider bun. I was even further saddened to open the slider and find 2 very small chicken nuggets covered in buffalo sauce, in place of what used to be a chicken tender that would usually hang out of both sides of the slider bun. If you have ever had the little chicken biscuit minis at Chick-Fil-A, this is pretty much what you are getting now at Arby's, except at Chick-Fil-A you get 4 for $4.75 and at Arby's it's $2.49 for just one! Even sadder is that on the Arby's menu inside the store, you will find the pictures of the sliders still look exactly like they used to, on a slider bun and a tender of chicken inside. This is very deceptive considering the new smaller (2 little chicken tenders in a small dinner roll) product is not what the menu displays today. It's terribly sad what has happened to Arby's food, and their prices increasing so much. It's crazy that we're now paying 60% more for an item that is almost 50% smaller. read more

We ordered 2 Beef N Cheddar only: we sat at the window for at least 10 min. Beef N Cheddar with the cheese sauce seemed worth it. I opened them when we got home and instead of cheese sauce, they both had cold, unmelted, rubbery square cheese slices on them! Wth Arbys, no. So I have been going to this Arbys for years now and was never really impressed but was never really disappointed.. Until today. Ordered my normal order, they were out of Dr Pepper and then out of milkshakes.. ok disappoint but hay it's Covid it happens. I get to the window and tell the girl I need a hand full of Arby Sauce, a few Horsy sauce, and don't forget the Branco sauce for the Jalapeño poppers. Her response was you can only have one Arbys sauce. I told her I would just pay for it! Her response Sir I can't do that! I was shocked and told her to cancel the order. Recently visited this Arby's and giiiiiiiirllll, they took care of me! Fresh curly fries, hot, crunchy, and ON POINT! Turkey bacon and ranch sandwich didn't disappoint. Killed it all in a matter of minutes. Thanks Arby's for taking care of ya girl... I didn't mind the extra wait in the drive-thru line because I knew y'all were hooking it up with them fresh curly fries. Y'all da real MVP! There's nothing wrong with the sandwiches that come out of this location. If you are lucky enough to get one. I recently had a coupon refused by a 16 year old manager, who didn't understand how to use a coupon with a register code instead of a barcode. Two clerks and one manager tried to explain to me why my AARP coupon was not valid. But they cheerfully offered to sell me everything I wanted at full price. I have watched this place degenerate over the past five years until it is pretty near closing. Arby's has failed frequently in this town. Few locations left driving to Louisiana or San Antonio. Tonight I was given attitude at the drive through and despite having to repeat my order multiple times. They still got it wrong. This was a waste of time and not all appreciated. As far as Arby's goes, this place is really good. Have recently been purchasing the traditional gyro made with real gyro meat. I previously had it made with just the beef with the tzatziki sauce with tomato and onion on a pita, but the gyro meat really makes a difference for an inexpensive meal. They're currently on for sale at two for $6, but I believe the regular price is not unreasonable at around $4 each. Of course, my all-time favorite is the Beef and cheddar. I usually go through drive-thru , and I find that that the people are exceptionally well mannered. They greet you and our patient when you take your time trying to decide what you want to order. I did have some dried fish in their fish sandwich one time. I put a complaint into Arby's hotline, I was personally called by the manager. I thought this was great and he promised to make it right for me the next time they came in. I was so happy, I did not even ask for a new sandwich. I continue to go to this Arbys for my fast food selection as you get tired of fried burgers all the time. My only complaint is that the meat tend to be a little salty and it is definitely the pressed beef, but I've been at the last 25 to 30 years so you get used to it. read more

We have been going to this Arby's since it opened.my kids love this place cause it's different. McDonald's and chic fil a get old after a while. Always had great service and great, fresh food! However, when my kids and I went the other day and the store manager, Collis Whitfield was not there, we did not have a great experience. They gave my son the wrong order, my salad bowl was half filled and looked like leftovers. They fixed the issues with no problems. I know we are all human and make mistakes but, It would be nice if all the employees were trained to get things done according to this store managers standards. I definitely recommend this place! I was happy with the staff at Arby's , I tried the new Italian sandwich , It just wasn't what I expected as far as flavor goes , not the it was prepared incorrectly I just didn't like it. I when to order an other sandwitch and Reynell, the manager, asked me if the food was ok . I explained that I did not like the sandwich he apologized and said that I was his customer and he wanted to make sure that I was happy and offered me different sandwich for free. I'm originally from Oklahoma and grew up with Arby's as a staple. Since moving here, I have noticed Texans don't seem to appreciate Arbys quite like we Okies do. Not really sure why. Its a great fast food choice for those of us who avoid fast food but find ourselves in a pinch and need a decent and somewhat healthy choice. I normally only get one thing - medium roast beef with potato cakes. Once in awhile I get he curly fries. Occasionally a market fresh turkey sandwich. Always enjoy them. This particular location seems to have pretty helpful and friendly employees. They were a little slow this particular night - went through the drive through - but the guy in front of me ordered half the menu so I'm sure that slowed them down a bit. I have recently been back a few times and what keeps me coming back is the service. You just don't expect that in fast food. My husband and I got a coupon and then changed our mind and decided to use a different coupon and they handled it with ease. They make everything quickly and they actually do it with a smile. This is the best Arbys in existence. I've never, ever had a bad cut of meat. This is very untypical for most arbys. Usually every few visits you get some sub par ingredients. This place has been solid for the two years I've lived in Tomball.
