I used to crave Whataburger for their Patty Melt. Now I'm stopping in for a salad. I'm still extremely satisfied. I was able to stay on mg eating plan. Service was perfect from the parking lot. The young man held the door open for me. The cashier was friendly, and the young man that gave me my order was friendly. Good job everyone! I really appreciated it. The ambiance is casual and can get a bit busy. However, the staff seems to get them in and out quickly. Please note: A code is required to access the restroom. Also, it is a single accessible restroom and it was clean with warm water, soap and paper towels. Loved my experience here. There are a few character outside the building but inside is great. It is well kept and workers were cleaning windows and tables as I was there. A good, clean environment to dine in. The food was amazing and I loved every bite especially because there isn't a Whataburger in NY. This is my guilty pleasure whenever I'm in TX. I got the burger with bacon and cheese, fries, spicy ketchup, sweet tea, and an iced coffee to combat that 95 degree heat! The workers were extremely polite and attentive. This location definitely needs to be studied. It is 6/13/2026 3:20 AM in the morning. All the staff members have come outside of the restaurant , two of them multiple times, with their gloves on touching poles, touching phones, touching doors. They all go back inside, don't change their gloves, but continue to make my food, pack my order and hand it to me with the same gloves. This is so many health code violations broken. It is insane. The store off Beltway 8 and Greenspoint drive is terrible. It is like they don't have anything ready even at 5:30am when they are open 24 hours. Almost 10 minutes waiting in line then you get your order and it is not correct. read more

This is the SLOWEST WHATABURGER I have ever been to in my life they are super slow. I don't know why or how but just are and it's hella sad.

Nothing special or over the top. No wow factor or anything unique. Perhaps, back in the days when you look at the old 1950's and 60's pictures in the resturant, the burgers were possibly made with a focus on quality, taste, tendernes and care. It was a good one time experiance- but I don't think I will ever buy burgers here again. (Unless, I am really hungry and there is no another place close by) The American Burger is an all time classic and favorite- it can not be watered down, can't lack quality meat, can not lack flavor and cannot be drownded in condiments. If you make the burger like some asssembly line- with mundane factory instructions- just putting it all together doesn't make a delicious burger. Perhaps Whataburger- needs to search back and return back to old fashion- good old burger buliding. read more

Tried this place for the first time while in Houston TX. I have to say it's not bad. I ordered the regular hamburger meal with the banana pudding shake, and I have to say the shake was delicious. The burger was a good size to fill you up. The only problem I had was it was not tasty enough. The fries were very good. Would recommend this place. Their food handling procedures aren't the best. This was my first time trying Whataburger and I wasn't impressed. The burger was good However, the sprite tasted like seltzer water and the fries were so-so. I went via drive-thru (which took forever) and the gentleman wasn't that nice either. But what really takes the cake is I got a magical visit from the food poisoning fairy in the middle of the night, a few hours after eating from this place. First time going to a whataburger. Heard good things about if for years but never was in an area where they are located until our trip to Houston. I had a double cheeseburger meal (fries and a drink). The hamburger was big and came with a lot of onions. The more the better. I am now a fan! I really liked it and understand the hype. The staff was really friendly and they got us our food fairly quickly for a larger order. If I am back in Houston I will go out of my way to go again. The only slight concern was they were so busy they couldn't keep up with wiping the tables and chairs down otherwise a great visit. My opinion, pretty darn good. read more

KooDoos to Ms. Stephanie. A veteran, working a retirement job, and sharing her shine as she works. It was a busy lunch time rush, as I observed upon entering the building. I did a scan of the place as I waited for my lunch date. My eyes landed on a kind soul at the counter calling out order numbers. WOW- she was quick too! Once an order number was acknowledged, off she went to deliver the food to your table with a smile on her face as she asked, "Would you like regular ketchup or spicy ketchup"? Ms. Stephanie was working with a purpose. She has a strong soft voice full of kindness. Her table service is worth twenty stars. Much better than partaking in a,"classified" five star restaurant where the meals are $30+ and up, and have snooty no good wait staff. My whataburger with cheese, no onions was hot and fresh. My onion rings were fried golden brown. YumYum taste so good with their spicy ketchup. Topped it off with a large strawberry malt. One employee picked up a bunch of straws in the wrappers that had fell on the floor into a puddle of melted ice. I came here to Whataburger with my boyfriend and we waited 25 minutes for our order.. the order number is 992724 the address is 181 east Sam Houston parkway north Houston Tx 77060 . We ordered a salad and a A.1 thick and hearty meal. The A.1 had meat that was broken up falling out the bun and they squirted a smear of A.1 sauce on only 1/3 of the burger; I had to ask for more sauce. It has been a while since I have been to a Whataburger. The reviews for this one were mixed but it was near my hotel so I tried it. The food was very good for a fast food joint. I was worried that at 3 PM on a Sunday, the fries would not be any good, but they were fresh and hot! The burger was large (maybe too big), hot and tasty. Love the spicy ketchup (it's mild). I was confused that there were no condiments set out, but was presented with a selection from the friendly staff member who delivered my meal. The burger was delivered in a double wrapping of paper which is nice. The menu display is odd though. It is not behind the cashier as would make sense. We stopped here for a quick bite to eat before heading towards the airport. The burger was huge. It was like eating two burgers. Anyway, the burger comes with lettuce, pickles and mustard (I've been told the mustard is a southern thing). The fries were crunchy (always a plus). I like this whataburger! I come here for lunch often and the ladies working the drive thru definitely give you that southern hospitality vibe. They are always so polite. My order has never been wrong and fries are never left out.. BUT I am a fien for dr. Pepper and at times my Dr. Pepper taste more watered down.
