I ordered a curbside pickup that was supposed to be ready between 7:32am-7:38am. I parked and selected stall number 3, parked and waited for my order. After sitting there till about 8:13am I decided to walk in and see what was the holdup. Basically I didn't receive my order till 8:32am. I asked if my food was still hot and fresh and the only answer I got was, the young lady went to retrieve my order and it's just warm. Ordered a pattymelt meal with no onions and chicken strips with 2 Dr peppers. I got a pattymelt with onions a Diet Coke that's watered down a Dr Pepper that's all carbonation with no flavor the chicken strips came with black bread and no gravy after asking for gravy also received no ketchup. read more

Trash talking about me when you think the customer can't hear: I'll start by saying I understand that it was morning breakfast rush, however robust customer service can still be achieved anytime of the day. Using the drive thru, I ordered a breakfast for 2 and when I reached the 2nd window (because the 1st window wasn't being utilized) I was met with an obstacle regarding my desire to use ApplePay. I parked close to window so I wouldn't have to reach far but was told by the cashier that due to their new policy I would need to reverse my car or get out and walk around to scan my phone at the front of the drive thru window which was behind me along with 4 other cars. My initial stare probably looked like I thought I was getting pranked because it was physically impossible to open my door fully or reverse my vehicle. I asked if I could just come inside and pay which they agreed to. I quickly walked in and approached the counter to then overhear an young lady employee say to the cashier "she probably won't even come inside" which is ironic because I'm not only inside but I'm also hearing them talk trash about me and my now inconvenience. I don't respond because I'm perturb at this point nor do either of the young ladies come over to ring me up. A pleasant young man saw me and proceeded to ring me up and fulfill my drive thru order. I know this is not typical of the Whataburger employees I've previously experienced but this was insult to injury. 360 customer service is all I ask for and consider getting an ApplePay stick to better serve customers in the drive thru. read more

Unfortunately, this is the closest to my house. Every time I go, they mess up the order. Today they gave me the wrong sandwich and both chicken strip meals were missing fries. This was after a half hour wait in the drive way.....half an hour AFTER I ordered my food. It always takes me a few months to forget how bad this place is, then sure enough I get a hankering for a good 'ol Whataburger and think, "maybe they got better". No, they never get better. It's always bad. The consistency of their mediocrity is astounding. Please fire the manager and the entire staff and start over.
