So not impressed. This location used to be really good....customer service-friendly . A few months ago I went through the drive through and when I asked to confirm my order the lady yelled. We visited on a Wednesday around 1:30pm and it was pretty busy. The young lady working the counter kept the line moving very well. Lastnight after doing some holiday shopping we decided lets go to Whataburger. Great idea everything was perfect as always my Philly burger was delicious the onion rigs and fries OMG. The service was very pleasant and quick. We had a blast on occasion the staff would walk by and ask us " how is everything?" Our reply. "It's Wonderful!:)" My family and I are always eating out to different restaurants some pricey and some not. My thing is I love to be catered to and treated well no matter where we are eating out, dinning, vacationing etc. I've said before and I'll say it again I love Texas, and I love Whataburger ! I mean have you even tried their breakfast OMG!! If you've never had it you must try it you won't regret it. So many choices. Amazing! I went in the drive through with my daughter. The line looked very long but we were both very hungry. The line went by quickly and it was suddenly worth the wait! I got the bbq bacon hamburger with a Dr.Pepper Shake. It was DELICIOUS! I was licking my lips afterwards! I would definitely recommend! Great quick service! THE NEW ownership has certainly made their mark, and not a good one! Just not the same, use to be our friday lunch go to but not anymore. From cold burgers to smashed buns, its just not the same quality. The meat can only get so smashed, that it barely even covers the bottom bun. read more

I placed an order through DoorDash and when we received the order we realized one of the meals was missing. I called Whataburger directly to see if they had forgotten it or the DoorDasher did. Well apparently WB had forgotten it but Jeremy went out of his way to deliver it himself. Even made a fresh new one. This was so considerate of them. The drive thru has the ordering window, then they tell you lane A or B. I had to go to B, which blocked cars behind me. As I waited for what seemed like way too long, the car behind me got their food, but couldn't leave, so I pulled into the nearest parking space. Luckily they noticed me and brought out my food. It's fast food...so you basically know what you're getting, but I'm not sure why it took as long as it did, and the logistics of the parking lot/ drive thru could be better. read more

I have always loved Whataburger, but this is now the second Whataburger I've ranked low on here now. Firstly, the service here is give or take. Sometimes, you get a really nice server, however, other times, you get someone that practically throws the meal in your car and just watches you leave. Since I have had some good instances here, I did give it two stars, but to me, it's barely worth that. Secondly, one time I went, I ordered a burger- cheese and ketchup added. Somehow, they got my words mixed up for a burger with only one slice of bacon and ketchup (still haven't figured out how this happened, have a feeling the girl didn't hear me and just guessed, although I spoke loud and clear). At first, I thought they might have mixed up my order (I mean what psychopath orders only one slice of bacon with ketchup), but this was not the case, as it was ordered under my name and there was no one else in the drive-thru. Lastly, there's been multiple instances where the food was not fresh. Usually, it's either the bread or the cheese. It tastes funny and usually is cold or harder than usual. Overall, I think fresh ingredients and better service (aka better workers) would drive this review up in stars tremendously, but until they take this advice, I highly doubt this establishment will be what it used to. read more

Food here is good about 90% of the time but sometimes you have to wait for ever to even get it! Luckily I usually come here late with friends when I'm not in a huge hurry so it doesn't bug me to much! If you come in late the restaurant usual is messy from the high school kids in the area but the staff is very good about keeping it clean!
