Decided to try something different for dinner. Pulled into the drive through and checked out the menu. Since it was my first time, it took me a bit to review all the options. I pulled forward to place my order and there was a human! A very courteous and knowledgeable young man there to help answer all my questions and make recommendations. I mentioned it was my first time so it would take me a bit of time to he said no problem and started walking me through the menu and recommending options based on my answers to his questions. I settled on the double bacon burger with avocados and tater tots with barbecue sauce for dipping and a flavored lemonade. He offered to add a jaggers sauce and explained with the expertise of a trained sommelier the ingredients and flavor profile of said sauce. True to his word, it was indeed smokey with a hint of pepper. The line moved quickly, payment was easy, and I was on my way. The burger was juicy and had all the right proportions for the condiments. I checked and it had mayonnaise and mustard, but it was still a bit bland. In hindsight, I should have added some of the jaggers sauce, but I didn't want the sauce to overpower the avocado and bacon flavors. Tots were good and seasoned. The drink was about 1/3 beverage and 2/3 ice so I made a mental note to ask for light ice next time. Overall, great meal with lots of options to try later. Drove past Jaggers a few times while on 99, I promised the next time I was in the area I'd stop by to try it! Parking was easy and plentiful. Fast casual set up- order your food, the food gets cooked fresh, Coca Cola products. The burgers were great! Freshly cooked. The bun was fluffy and tasted great. I'm very impressed, especially since this is considered "fast food." Their cheeseburger tasted like something I would order at a sit down. The meat was juicy and I appreciated the way it was wrapped for on the go. The shoe string fires (my favorite kind of fry) was perfectly seasoned, I didn't really need any sauce. I think this is what In & Out thinks their burgers taste like. I can't get over how good the cheeseburger is. This probably ranks right up their with P.Terry's and Five Guys. My husband even found it pretty good, and he's hard to please (New Yorker). I wouldn't even of stopped by if I didn't see someone review it on Instagram. Their line is similar to that of Chic-fil-A. Stopped in on a Saturday with my grand son for lunch. You order at the counter and they bring your food to your table. He got the bacon avocado cheeseburger and I got their double cheeseburger and we shared the shoestring fries. He said he loved his burger and mine was outstanding. The shoestring fries were a hit. We also didn't get their signature sauce on our either of our meals. The 3 stars is because the food definitely upset our stomach and gave us mild food poisoning. Unfortunately we won't be back. This is probably the best fast food place I've been to. They have some sort of season they use in the fries and it is the best fries my tastebuds have ever had. I feel like to patties on the adult burgers is a lot but they are still really good. I like how the kids meal has a patty and comes with a free cookie. It's the juicy plump burger patties the avocado that was added on the bacon and avocado sandwich was fresh had a good texture to it. The chicken sandwiches were moist and flavorful not dry at all, the sauces are next level if you enjoy that with your burger or fries or tater tots, the chicken tenders came out hot and freshly prepared. The batter outside shell is soft but yet crunchy. Since it was my first time visiting any of the Jaggers restaurants, this one had service that was patient with me and took the time to place my order placed to go. When I noticed the fountain drink dispenser was inoperable, they were quick to resolve it while my food was being made. The restaurant was very clean and well maintained. And by the time my food was ready, the person who brought me it offered to take it to my car which I greatly appreciated. The line was long but moved so quick. Mike was outside in the heat telling us about the menu and how things work. He said it's not fast food.. its a scratch kitchen and made to order. I have never heard of this place but I met up a friend for coffee and we were hungry! She said this was a new spot that opened up and we wanted some burgers. We were greeted right away when walking in and we let them know it was our first time there. Their customer service was so polite it exuded southern hospitality!! Love the inside of this place it's super spacious and plenty of seating. Just happened to discover this establishment while staying in Katy because it was close to my hotel. Boy am I glad I chose this place! If you're up for drinking large quantities of water because of high salt/seasoning in your meal, Jagger's may be the place for you. This place is great!! We came on a Friday night the following week of the Grand opening and were nervous because the drive-thru line was very long. We came inside, and as soon as we sat down and had the kids buckled up in their high chairs our food came out so quick, and it was so good!! The burger has the jagger sauce which I recommend getting a side of the jagger sauce to dip your fries in as well. The service was great and staff is so nice. New Hamburger venue that just opened. Very clean and well lit inside, everyone was greeting you as you came inside. I was even about to dispose of our trash and a nice young lady came over and said, I'll get that for you. I have never received that kind of attention at any other burger establishment.
