This was my first Whataburger experience and wow! what a burger it is! Really truly one of the best fast food restaurants I have ever been in! First of all, the customer service was excellent, the store was immaculate, and the employees were so friendly and so warm and welcoming and they all acted like they like their jobs and liked each other! Slowest service ever. I've been to a lot of them for breakfast before work and this one takes so long it isn't worth stopping

I've always gotten consistently good quality food from any Whataburger, but today that became no more. There was nothing wrong with the service or the wait. The problem was with my grilled chicken sandwich. I think it was "nuked" in the microwave longer than it should have been, if at all, since it was chewy and tough. Half of the chicken ripped off when I finally tore through it with my teeth. Let's just say it was no fun to eat. I would have gone back to get something else if I hadn't already driven back to work. Lesson learned: Don't eat a grilled chicken sandwich from Whataburger. Go down Mason a bit to Chick-fil-A for that. Peace! read more

I could go on FOREVER about the TERRIBLE service, but I'll try and keep it short... I cannot fathom how on earth this Whataburger is infinitely slower than the old Whataburger on Mason despite it being significantly larger and with more staff. the other Whataburger could have a line with 10 cars in it and get through the whole thing (without having customers wait for their food after paying) in less than 10 minutes. no other Whataburger that I've been to has had such a problem with service. regardless of my multitude of terrible experiences here, I continue to frequent this location because of convenience. I will say that I have had the manager give me apple pies and extra fries before as an apology for waiting so long, and that has temporarily numbed my anger and excited my carb-whore self... sigh. honestly, I think that the only reason this Whataburger suffers so much is because of the staff's lack of concern regarding customer service. I will mention that they haven't ever gotten my orders wrong, though, so that's a plus. all in all, if you want guaranteed faster service, just head over to the Whataburger on North Fry by Walmart and Home Depot, otherwise you can take a gamble at this Whataburger and hope that it's a good day for them!! read more

The service was good, but when going to use the restroom I was waved away by the janitor and told I needed to go to the Fiesta grocery store. When I attempted to inform her I was a paying customer she then frowned at me and left the restroom with reluctance. When I exited the restroom she then, frowning waved me toward the door. I LOVE WHATABURGER... but this location is AWFUL. I spent 30 minutes at the drive through waiting for my food. When my food arrived it was the wrong order, I sent it back and then they brought me the wrong drink. They took the drink back and brought me back what they confirmed was my correct order and my correct drink so I trusted them and drove away. I got home and my order was wrong, AGAIN and SO WAS MY DRINK, AGAIN. After a long day I just wanted some trust worthy whataburger but this location failed completely. read more

Provided payment and was given food and the female expected for me to drive away. Felt this was very dishonest and she was trying to steal my credit card. When I asked for it back I told her I also needed my drink. They shut the window and didn't give me my drink. They put their back to the drive thru window so they did not have to make eye contact. Our family loves Wataburger! As far as we are concerned they are the best burgers in town. The staff and management at this location are quite friendly and customer oriented. The location is always clean. However, they can never seem to get an order correct the first time. We gave up on the drive-thru years ago. We have to go in because this Wataburger seems to bat close to 1000 on getting orders wrong. We have to check the orders each time and always have to wait for them to fix. We keep trying though... If things change I will absolutely change the review to 5 stars. read more

The customer service exceeds all expectations. I could not have had a more pleasurable experience. I ordered a burger that had mustard on it, and I was not aware of that, and so I asked if I could maybe get another one and the manager replaced both the burger and brought out another order of fries. Any real Texan will tell ya, the best fast food burger place is Whataburger! Those orange and white striped colors make my heart sing..Where else can you get a hot custom made burger and I mean custom-- a double,with cheese, add ketchup, no onions,sliced jalepenos... no salt on the patty, toast my bun AND cut- it -in -half,...that's whatimtalkinbout --yeah baby! Try that anywhere else and see if they get it right -each and everytime, and let me tell ya, that is EVERY location you go to, they are getting better with each and every passing year, but I sure wish they'd hurry up and expand beyond TEXAS cuz I sure miss 'em when i have to leave this great state...I gotta hurry back home cuz the withdrawls get so bad...Try the Malts-Yes MALTS!,..not a shake-which are just as delish, but the malts just have that extra umph, and if you ask em to make ya a fresh batch of fries, they always do :) and the chicken grilled sandwich or the chicken tenders with that white gravy and Texas Toast yep those are pretty awesome too,what's not to love also-they deliver your food to your table with a tray of condiments if you need anything extra,..the only caveat is the drive thru is slow and you'll get bumped and wait, so definitely go when you have some time to sit down & dine in, the restrooms are always clean and the folks are friendly..need i say more read more

Food is fine (which means good as they are better than most fast food), service is very good, but man do they neglect either their ice machine or their soda machine lines. RANK smelling/stale Sprites in the kids meals. Luckily my twins don't care too much for soda pop and hadn't had more than a sip or two. They let the drinks sit on the kitchen table for thirty minutes (my cue to toss that crap sugar water out) and as I walked toward the sink I contemplated a drop of whiskey in one since there was still plenty of ice. Took a whee dram and BLECH! Just as well the Whiskey is too good to pollute with even good Sprite (steak every night vs a Hamburg every once in a while sort of thing I suppose). read more
