It is literally the worst Whataburger around. Order is typically wrong, usually cold too. Doesn't matter drive thru or inside - it's like the employees don't listen at all. This location is the slowest that I have been too. In the drive thru for two people took 30 minutes. When questioned as our food was brought out we were told that the person two cars up ordered something big and shouldn't be too much longer. The girl working the front counter was incredibly rude, it took over 25 minutes to get the food (which came while we were asking for a refund). The wait times are bad. Not well organized. Friday night football game and the they are extremely understaffed and not prepared.

I have reviewed this place before but I felt like my most recent experience was worth another 1 star. My husband waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes, only to be told that his order was actually never saved in their system and was asked to re-order. After re-ordering, he got the food and realized that the bag handed to him was for the WRONG PERSON. It is also worth noting that the food for this other customer was completely wrong based on their receipt. This location has been open for a month and a half, but still has some issues to workout. The food was cold, every bit of it (3 burgers and some fries). It was busy night at the drive-thru, waited about 15-20 min (no biggie). But when you get the food and it's all cold - that's bad. The food prep is not keeping up with the flow of the drive-thru, something needs to be addressed to ensure that burgers are not cold when given to customers. Also when the fries are cold, that's when a new bag needs to be dropped. Hopefully management will get a handle on this. read more
