I reply I don't know and I guess the girl working heard me because then she finally wanted to say something, I told her I was only saying anything because the car behind me asked, and then she gave me attitude. Is there an after-tater life? Will they all meet again in a thing called stomach Heaven? Is there a hell? He looks around and there is silence. All of his friends are still there but there is no large grasping device picking them up. Why? What did they do wrong? He grows cold. He is shivering. Is this my fate, he ponders? Why wasn't he used? And then, he remembers. "I'm sorry, you are limited to only one ketchup", the buyer was told. The buyer argues with the seller that he would like two, but the seller won't budge. Really like whataburger but every time I go to this location, the food is Never fresh! Fries are always Cold!! And burger needs to be reheated in the microwave smh.!! With the extended wait time I always experience you would think the food would be hot and fresh but that isn't the case at this location, which sucks because it's right down the street from where I live. Double check you bag when leaving the drive through. They seem intent on cheating their customers. I have been trying for a month and a half to get them to provide a small order of fries they didn't include in my order. I even went inside and spoke face to face with an employee who refused to provide the stupid fries. This Whataburger location in Lewisville on Southwest Parkway is under new ownership and management and are doing a FANTASTIC job! They are so much better than the old management and that lazy team. This new team is courteous, fast and listens to what you are ordering the first time so they can get your order ready and to you as soon as possible. The young people working here now are clean-cut, polite and act like they enjoy their job and want their customers to come back. KUDOS to the new owner, manager and team!!! I rose from this location many times a week and this is by far the worst sandwich I've had. I always get the honey bbq chicken strip sandwich. I usually Mobile order and pick up in the drive thru. I request it be cut in half every single time and not one time have they actually done it. I sometimes have to eat on the go when on my way back to work from my lunch break and it's a little tricky eating a messy sandwich like this whole. I've learned to order light bbq sauce if you want any chance of your food NOT being drowned in it. I ordered in the drive thru tonight, requested it be cut in half, get my order home to find that yes, they did cut in half. The problem is that cutting a sandwich thst has chicken strips on it shouldn't be cut from corner to corner making triangles out of each side. And maybe using toast that has had a corner eIpped off and crafted back on to the sandwich using way too much bbq sauce isn't the best idea they've had all day. Not to mention the way they cut it just resulted in each piece of chicken strip falling out every time I picked the damn thing up. My sandwich was drenched in sauce I actually had to use THREE whole paper towels to try and clean this disaster up before I could attempt to eat it. I don't want bbq sauce all over my hands. Gross. Very disappointed in the presentation of my absolute favorite sandwich. The customer service could be better during the late shift as well. Just an overall horrible experience tonight. read more

I haven't been to a Whataburger in a long long time and we wanted to change up our routine of places we go to. Well to sum it up, I guess we will steer clear of Whataburger. I don't know if the remodel was good for this place or not. I wish my camera was working to show you the type of food they serve! We got the Honey Mustard Chicken Club because it looked amazing on TV. Well of course Whataburger paid their best employees to put it together for TV. We receive our clubs and it looked like they beat it flat with their fist. I ate my sandwich in pieces rather than holding it in my hands. Lets just say my stomach didn't enjoy it either. I can tell that the quality of Whataburger has gone down since the original founding family sold out. I got a burger and fries there today and they were both stone cold. They don't even pretend to care about quality anymore. It's obvious that they no longer cook the burgers or fries to order. They just keep everything under a heat lamp. One of the main things that made Whataburger famous was knowing that your burger would be fresh and hot off the grill. That is no longer the case. This place is a dump. I already had low expectations for Whataburger from previous visits, but this one couldn't even meet those minimal expectations. First, my order took a long time (15 minutes in the drive-through). That's fine, but during that entire time I was trying to get someone's attention through the window. But the staff was too busy horsing around in the kitchen to even notice me. Then, when my order arrived, it was completely wrong. I later figured out that they gave me someone else's order because the receipt on the food was different from the payment receipt The worst part was the rude twit who gave me the wrong order. She was extremely rude when I complained about the service. Her excuse was that she just got off break. I guess this twit doesn't know how mirrors work because I could see her fooling around with the other employees in the kitchen the entire time I waited. I ordered 3 things last night, a triple whataburger and for my roommates two honey butter chicken biscuits, 1. they gave me two Honey butter chicken sandwiches and charged me for them and the meal was expensive, 2. We all woke up in the morning literally waiting in a line to use the bathrooms we didn't have to tell eachother we were sick we all knew, we all had to call out of work and so we're stuck at home making no money to pay bills. When life calls for Whataburger this fills the void. This one is so uber close to us that we have to forget to go there. DFW is becoming filled with a lot of burger places, In and Out Burger, Smashburger, Mooyah, etc (you get the point), but Whataburger endures as my go to place for a good solid burger. You can always rely on the fact that it will be made to order and fresh. Overall, Whataburger may be a little slower than some fast food restaurants, but you wait for quality. I think that this element is lost on people these days. So, give Whataburger a try before driving miles out of your way to have a fu-fu burger. This is the worst whataburger location in DFW. They always get my order wrong. ALWAYS. I have driven back up to this location three times as the order was so wrong that I couldn't just blow it off. The wait time seems to be longer than other locations as well, which makes no sense because if they take longer you would think they could get your order right. Also, I recently got gravy to go with the chicken bites and it was less than half full and looked like they had scraped off the edge of the tray into the cup. It was the consistency of toothpaste, maybe even thicker and looked disgusting. I would recommend going to another whataburger location or a different fast food place in the area before you go here. read more

Worst experience ever! Whataburger has always been my favorite but Lewisville.... ugh.. everytime I go there my cheese is cold, not melted, buns are saggy and the meat are tough on the edges. I tried to go there different times of the day, but it's always the same. One time I said to them to please cook my burger to order, I guess they got really mad. I was so happy to see melted cheese and fresh bun, but when I have my first bite, I almost choke because there is atleast a pound of salt in my burger. I ended up throwing it away including the drinks. I got paranoid that maybe they did something else nasty with my other orders. I was not mean. I politely ask to please cook my burger to order. I said it very nicely, I said please with the smile on my face.
