I went by early morning on my way to work and ordered by drive thru a simple BOB breakfast sandwich combo. I was literally the only car there. To start with the coffee was extra bitter and just plain nasty, the BOB sandwich turned out to be a biscuit. Not sure why if the lady repeated the order back to me confirming the BOB sandwich. Food was cold and not well received. Awful place to get your breakfast. You're better off getting a taco at a gas station. I would rate them a no stars if possible! read more

First of all, management is horrible. This location's customer service is nonexistent, except for one nice and kind small blonde girl that took my order and actually gave me the food that I payed for in the end. I was waiting in the first line for at least 20 minutes while everyone else, including the people behind me, got their food first. This was a communication misunderstanding. I wasn't told that I had to wait for the Apple Pie that I payed for. Fine. However, I was being completely ignored by all the workers passing by me. I was the only car at the front of the line that was blocking everyone else, because I had not received my food or been told to wait in a parking space for the Apple Pie. Eventually I finally got someone's attention. Some guy with glasses and a vest, I didn't get his name. When I asked him if my order was ready and showed my receipt to him, he took my receipt and handed me someone else's order. I noticed that he didn't even bother to read the receipt because the name on the wrong order was completely different. It seemed like this person just wanted to hand me whatever food he saw in front of him. I then walked inside to receive the food that I payed for. When I walked in I was ignored by the girl at the register and the manager, who was next to this girl, and didn't seem to care that I was trying to communicate with them. But they seemed to be having a great conversation amongst themselves. I confronted them and told the manager that I had not received my food at all. The manager argued that some worker told them they had already given me a bag of food. I replied with "Yes, but it was the wrong food." I gave him the wrong order's receipt, to which he then rudely asked me to give back the wrong order so that they can dispose of the food. In my opinion, giving back the food shouldn't matter. I got both receipts for the right order and the wrong order. You have transactional history available to you at all times to acknowledge that I'm not trying to get more food for free. I fail to see where I could be lying about receiving the wrong food. You have *cameras* as well. There's no real reason to need to give back the wrong food. However, other than disposing perfectly good food, I didn't see reason to argue over some food that I didn't even want in the first place. Agree to disagree, the manager then walked off to tell someone else to do the manager's job and receive the wrong food from me. Probably because this manager doesn't actually want to do his job and deal with fixing a problem. Eventually this annoying and time consuming experience ends with the only nice person hired in this location, the small blonde girl. She speaks very low for this noisy location and is way too kind to have to work with literally everyone else around her. She hands me my food and apologizes for the inconvenience with what felt like genuine worry because I'm certain that everyone else, including her manager, is going to point blame to her for everyone else's mistakes. It's unfair. I hope that manager and his boss reads this review and considers hiring new people to run this whataburger because it shouldn't be so difficult to be given food that you already paid for. Replace everyone except that blonde girl, she's the only one doing her job correctly. read more

Pulled up to restaurant, placed online order, after 10 minutes stepped out to side door to ask about my order. Employee comes out and I give him my order information and he goes back inside to check on it. After an additional 10 minutes, I approach the same door again. A manager walks out and notifies me that online order parking is in the front. I move my vehicle and my order is brought out. My family and I get home to find we are short one hamburger. I attempt to call the restaurant and learn they are not answering the phone. Spoke with Rosa at their customer service line. Rosa apologized, took my contact information and noted I would be called by a manager. I am still without a hamburger or a phone call from the manager. Should have stayed home. I don't care to complain about the fact my fries were cold. I am more disgusted with their Manager Brandon. I waited in the drive through line with five cars ahead of me while my order was only crispy fries and a pie. I understand those in front of me ordered first and they should get their food before me but when three cars behind me start getting theirs orders and I'm still waiting on a small fry it becomes ridiculous. I stop the person bring out the orders and ask where are my fries and was told it was taking longer because I ordered them crispy. Two more cars get their order and he finally comes back with my cold soggy fries. I can't believe I waited that long and that is what I got. I went inside to speak to a manager. Of course I start complaining about waiting and soggy fries only to be told by Brandon "you're not the only customer". How in the world did this man become a manager??? It is one thing to get bad food, it sucks but on top of that get bad customer service??? Brandon I would never have you represent my business. read more

Of course I could understand that when they are busy the place isn't at its finest, however the tables that were empty was sticky and dirty. I don't think they were properly staffed bc tables were not clean, drink station could've used a wipe down, bathroom needs a deodorizer. Our burger came out cold. For what I paid for the meal could've at least hot or warm. I mean the bacon jalapeno cheese burger I order was sad, the bacon was cold and the cheese was really cold sadly looking like it was just put on the burger and sent out. The French fries weren't so good. I didn't want to bother them and return the food bc it would-be longer for me to just eat. I did observe that many people returned their meal. Now the service was something I do express that it was done right. The young lady at the register did her job the best she could. The management should've had two out three others to help this young girl. But she took it like a champ. She got our order right (even though it was horribly cooked, but that's not her fault) was polite and smiled. She let us enjoy the items they offer very politely. I love Whataburger but the food has gone from something you could enjoy to just being plain disappointed and thinking why has this franchise gone so low. Either hire more staff and pay them better so they take pride of their work when they make it still feed and army of hungry people show up or just be a let down like McDonald's but at least it's hot. read more

I've come to this whataburger a total of 4 times and the wrong order has been handed to me 50% of the time. Both times that occurred I was asked to pull forward and wait cause my meal was still being cooked. I'm 8 months pregnant, have a bad back and was asked to drive back to pick up the correct meal after I called, which I have no problem with. Reason I am leaving this review is because Miranda the manager there was rude and had the audacity to ask me for the incorrect order back. What is she going to do with that? Give it to someone else? I thought it was cool, no hard feelings. WRONG AGAIN. She placed them in my hand with an attitude of force as if saying "HERE! TAKE YOUR BULLSHIT AND LEAVE!" Unless this girl got yelled at all day and had to deal with people from different countries all over the world. Then I can understand her frustration. First off the employees are rude af, second every time I order and pull up to the window they seem like they don't know what was ordered and they're always trying to give me something I didn't even order. The service can be super slow during the lunch hour (I try to avoid) My main complaint is the employees (sometimes three or four at a time) take their breaks at the tables (using laptops) and take up all the best tables. I have no problem with employees taking their breaks but they should have consideration for customers. Overall decent. read more

It's hard to get things wrong with whataburger but this one is so stingy with their sauces you'd assume each one they give it's coming out of their paycheck. In this instance we asked for two ~extra~ spicy ketchups only to have them come and say they already gave us two and walk back. Stopped by to pick up a meal to share with my wife Sari at Whataburger. We wanted something we could cut in half and still be satisfied so when they offered the "Sweet n Spicy" burger we decided to give it a try. It's a double meat patty burger with cheese, grilled chopped onions, sweet and spicy BBQ sauce, and a side of fries. The portion is perfect for two if you cut it in half. The taste is "Huge" and delicious. It's sweet with a little kick towards the end. The chopped grilled onions give it a delicious twist of flavor. Overall the meal was very tasty and satisfying. Even though we took our food to go, it was still nicely warm by the time we got home. Expect to pay $8 and change it $10 if you "whatasize" it. read more

We both had Whataburgers (mine had jalapeños, obviously) with fries and ice tea. What can I say except that Whataburger is one of my favorite fast food joints. Second experience with a whataburger in Texas, and it was a little worse than the first. Was introduced to charging for condiments at this location. Maybe the guy at the register didn't equate that my Ohio driver's license may have meant I didn't know you charged for dipping sauce. No need to act like the godfather granting me a favor by giving me a $.50 thing of sauce on the house. Food was good per the brand, fast service and order fulfillment. read more
