I love a hamburger that has juice running down my arm and still great! They make the best hamburgers here. I went to the drive up speaker to ask if #7 was the Junior burger. All I got was laughter. I asked again and could hear the female laughing with her friends. My daughter said for me to leave the children alone through my car speaker. Then a male asked for my order. They should be able to answer a question when you go through the driveway thru. The girl at the window just looked at me when I came to get my order. I told my daughter this was my favorite Whataburger, but now I'm wondering. The kids need training. Great burger though. read more

I'll be honest, this Cali girl grew up eating In-n-Out burgers and swore by them. Then I moved to Houston, Texas. Wow. Y'all have been hiding this gem and I see why! The restaurant was EXTREMELY clean, the service was excellent, even speaking with the manager to give our appreciation for such wonderful service. The service here was weird when I went there. The guy at the drive-through thought it was cute to keep asking me if I wanted to add stuff on my burger - first with the cheese and when I said no he asked "Are you sure?" and I politely declined again. Then he asks if I want Jalapenos and again I declined again and when I pulled up, the girl there was giggling asking me if that guy was trying too hard but the whole thing seemed pretty unprofessional. Wow. Unbelievable atmosphere. Went through drive through and they didn't get my wife's burger right. She asked me to go inside to get ketchup. I thought, what the heck..I'll get a soda. Probably took 5 minutes to order and pay and I had to ask her (worker) for the cup. Poor girl looked like she lost her best friend. Very sad or miserable. Definitely acted like she didn't want to be there. I got my drink, sipped it and it tasted awful. This location is the absolute worst location for their curbside service, or lack thereof. Tonight marks the third consistent order where I waited more than 18 minutes to retrieve my order despite a seven minute ETA. After ten minutes of waiting at the curb I pulled into the drive thru only to wait eight more minutes. Where is the "fast" in fast-food here? So order delivery yesterday from the Whataburger app. When I got my order it was through there service that they use for delivery. I had ordered a breakfast bowl with sausage, a gravy and biscuit and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit with extra gravy. I got four breakfast burritos since there is no way to contact them on the app at the store which is really bad, I had to call the store at which time I spoke with a manager when I calmly expressed my frustration and why my food sitting there in front of them I paid for delivery paid extra for a tip and then did not get one thing I ordered I asked do you understand why I am getting frustrated the manager hung up. I am now waiting from corporate to hear and see about getting my money back or something I did not get they admitted was wrong and hung up on me, this is the only Whataburger that I have issues with every order is wrong. This place needs to design a new APP that actually works. I placed a 50.00 plus order and ended up having to go to 2 separate places to get the food. The first order somehow dropped part of the order off and there is no way to see the order once is paid for apparently. So I called the store and was verified that part of it was in fact missing. I was told to just go back on line and reorder what was missing and pay for it separately. I did just that and low and behold it gets sent the store on the other end of town. Of course the store who to,d me to do that now will not fill that part of the order in spite of the fact that I can prove with screen shots it was ordered correctly and paid for. Going to keep this short and sweet. Went around 8:00PM and ordered a Honey BBQ chicken strip sandwich meal. The crust on my bread was rubbery, the strips were not fresh as my cheese was not melted, and there was only a tiny squirt of BBQ sauce in the middle of my sandwich. I ate a dry sandwich as BBQ sauce is not a condiment I keep regularly. The fries also left a lingering taste of old frying oil. I only discovered all of this after getting home after a long day (only a 5 minute drive) and did not want to go back out.
