Employee who handed me my food had a tone with me. I also believe one employee was talking to another employee about me right in front of me. Extremely poor drive through times every time I've been to this location. And this experience was no exception. When I pulled up to the drive through, they said "we will be with you in a moment." Every other Whataburger drive through I have ever been to has not made me wait longer than having to wait to get to the order speaker. If you can avoid this Whataburger, you should. Warning don't eat here. This Whatabuger has to be one of the slowest I have ever been to. No matter how busy they are even after repeated visits the service and food is subpar at best. It is a constant to receive cold food or to receive service that is rude or impatient with you ordering.(I was once told I would have to wait 25 minutes to make an order because they were behind 20 people in the room at the most) They do not seem to have any direction in the kitchen as I watch 5 employees and a manager stand around looking lost tonight. It looks as though there is only one guy cooking and one flattop is not even being used. With multiple people standing around the kitchen I'm wondering how the owner would feel if he received this service. After waiting 27 minutes to receive my burger I opened it up to the burger patty being cold and the cheese on the bacon cheese burger not even being melted. This Whataburger has failed to follow through with simply providing a meal that is worth the money they charged. I would advise you if looking for a place to eat stay away from this Whataburger. Only my second time visiting. First time my burger was way over salted. This time i went through the drive thru and was ignored. I figured by waiting ling enough that it wasn't working. However once i pull up I was infromed that i would be served in resopnse to the wait time of my order. Not bothered by it i complied, however i never was ignored again. I decided not go wait around for my order due to the fact that i waited at the intercom for 15 mins to no one to respond so i instead left and went to a different establishment. I am new to this side of town, but though my experiences, I do not feel appreciated as a guest. My new goal will beto avoid all Whataburger establishments in the future. I have to been to over a dozen Whataburgers in my life time and I have to say this one is the worst. I've gone here 3 times because I like to believe my first two visits were simply little hiccups in their service. On my first visit they messed up my order by forgetting the 2nd patty and confusing my take-out as a dine-in. No big deal since they were pretty busy that night. I simply had them fix it and it was done. The food tasted alright that first visit but once again I gave them the benefit of the doubt. During the second visit I was with a friend and once again they made the same mistakes. We ordered both our meals on one ticket and they forgot the items. We were missing an extra set of fries and they messed up my friend's order. Lastly, the quality just was not there at all. On my third and final visit there was a combination of the two previous visits. They messed up my order, forgot my items, confused my take out for dine in, and the quality of the meal was not good. I'm a huge Whataburger fan and I have to say this was the first time I have ever experienced a Whataburger that did not meet the standards. read more

The people taking order for the drive through are always so incredibly rude and interrupt me after every other word I say. Let me finish naming the meal without you assuming and cutting me off, I just said what drink I wanted but you didn't hear because you decided to speak over me, and I will tel you when I'm done ordering. Who ever was working the early morning shift around 3:30am on April 29, 2016...I would like to thank them for excellent customer service. From the time I walked into the doors to the time I left, they made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. The cashier was knowledgeable of the menu and even recommended the A-1 thick and hearty burger which was so good. Both my wife and I enjoyed it. Whataburger was my favorite fast food...until I moved to Nac. I try to order early so I won't be served a 'made ahead' burger...no luck. They must start making the burgers during breakfast...the bread is always smashed down to about 1/8 inch from just sitting there already made with the meat on the bread. This is not the only burger place in Nac that does this...if I want a fresh burger, made after I place my order, I go to Dairy Queen. If I want a good Whataburger, I go out of town. read more

The absolute WORST Whataburger I have ever been to. I am a loyal Whataburger customer and I absolutely love Whataburger. But this one in Nacogdoches SUCKS. They are mean every single time I come through, and I come through often (probably 2 or 3 times a week on average). I am always nice to the workers and make sure I say please and thank you and they are always snarky and have attitudes and are never in a happy mood whatsoever. There are maybe 2 people that work there that I have come to know that are actually nice to talk to. Another thing. The food always gets messed up. I always have to check and make sure I got the right order because they fuck it up every time!!!! Needed a quick "breakfast place" for weekends. Being a Native Texan, I headed to Whataburger! Good service and quick!

They make a great hamburger for the money and free drink if are a senior. You can't beat a deal like that.
