They were already eating then I turned around and serve me and my fiancé and I pulled out the bag only two tacos and two burrito burritos. My dipping tacos were missing. I do have the sauce however my chips were missing, but I received the cheese cups. I called to try to explain the issue. The girl on the phone had no idea what she was doing. Sounded super lost and lacked phone ethic. She put the phone down to talk to her manager about the issue and came back saying we had to bring everything back because "her manager said she put it in the bag" Okay well she didn't lol and I can't bring back what my kids have dispensed already and we asked to speak to her manager and they both hung up. Very disappointed giving the hardship I am already enduring.. coming from Cali at that. I plan escalating this issue to the fullest extent. I'm glad my kids got to eat though. That's all that matters to me. Eat here if you enjoy lack of ambiance , lack of customer care. The customer is ALWAYS right. What goes around comes around. Already got my refund going in the app lol. The unfortunate thing about this evening was that they were down one waiter, and they were extremely busy tending to a large party in the back, so we had to wait almost an hour for our entree. However, the pianist informed us of the situation and nicely tamed my flame so to speak. The entree was definitely worth the wait! I had the lamb chops with risotto, which was cooked perfectly with generous portions. My wife's shrimp pasta was fantastic as well. I had low expectations for Italian food around Tulsa, but this definitely tops the list for sure. To round out our meal, we had to try the tiramisu, which did not disappoint (cue the annoying influencer voice). It's likely one of the best ones I've had outside of Italy. Highly recommend! We were sad to hear that the owner had passed away recently, but his legacy will live on, and I can't wait to go back to try the other dishes.
