I've stopped by the drive through more than a few times recently in the last month and the service, speed, and taste have always been relatively good. I have ordered burgers and breakfast and both have been hot and tasty. I enjoyed the grilled cheese all the way and it was quite good as well. Never have had a bad burger at any Whataburger! We eat here at least once a month and yes, they do take a little while longer than other restaurants, but OH so worth the wait!!! This location is always busy too! Alot of traffic from SH-123. read more

Worst Whataburger in the state. Waited 25 minutes for two burgers to go which were ice cold when we got home. They used the biggest sour chucks of iceberg lettuce and the meat was so cold the cheese did not melt and that was because it was burnt. Use the one on Hwy 46 is what I've heard if you're in Seguin. First time trying Whataburger. Super slow service, 25 minutes for 2 burgers (double meat & triple meat burger). Seemed like a popular location though, lots of people. Order brought to our table with very friendly staff offering condiments & napkins and such. Looked at burger expecting something like Burger King, but realized it had no cheese. First try at a Whataburger. Wait was a little slow to start but all in all the wait was only about 10 min. Food was correct, thought I upgraded to a shake but wasnt charged more than the meal price. Food was amazing! Hamburger was hot, seasoned well, and had a virtual salad on top; fresh lettuce, tomato, pickle, etc. Fries were crispy on the outside and soft inside and just the right amount of salt. Shake was chocolate through and through and the right consistency for a straw. Sounds like staffing is a problem for this location but I'm definitely sold on the product. I just stopped in for the first time on a visit to south-central Texas. I was served the best fast food burger I ever had. For DC area Yelpers, this It is definitely in Five Guys' league , and I liked the burger better. The price was comparable to a non-dollar menu McDonalds combo. It may not be worth a flight to San Antonio, but if you are coming anyway, find this place in Seguin, just off Interstate 10. Just left this location - arrived just after 1010pm with 5-6 cars in front of us. Ordered after about 15 min in waiting In drive thru. Waited 10 more min at window. Got our stuff and Then We Realized Morgan did not include my grilled chicken sandwich. Husband Went In to get chik sand and the lead person apologized and added Free Fries for the inconvenience. Husband's burger was cold and old meat...Almost wondered if they had dropped it on the floor First. But also no napkins included in any of the bags. Husband said other people in store had messed Up orders too. So point is that the person handing Food at the drive thru needs to review The bags to make sure all is in there correct So wasted 45-50 min here. Never again at this location read more

Being a frequent Whataburger customer for many years have to say that this location needs a little improvement on turn around time and serving food while it's hot. This review isn't based on just one or two visits but rather several visits over past few months. Management could do a little better in overseeing these areas and hopefully this comment can be taken as constructive criticism. read more

I went there twice in a few days on my trip. Once for me, once for my mom. The value for the money is not there. Not to mention that the employees don't smile, seems as if they just don't want to be there. They definitely don't want to help the customers. A small shake and a double cheeseburger (no fries or anything else) is over $9. That's just too much. The burger and shake were good, but not worth it. The second trip, was just for some hash browns for my mom. She likes them. I almost walked out waiting for someone to help me. Noone was in line, noone was at the register for a good three minutes. Several employees walked by the registers, looked up and didn't smile, didn't say that someone will be with you shortly, didn't try to find a cashier. Just crappy service. read more

Food was FRESH which I was amazed! Extremely busy! No parking or seats available... The flies were horrible and that is the reason for the 3 stars. That is a total turn off for me! Disgusting! That and spraying the table next to me while I am eating ... Spray got on my fries! Gross!!! read more

Drive thru on Sat 10/31 @ 830 behind 3 cars took nearly 25 minutes which is totally unacceptable. I could tell there were no orders of more than two bags and they should have asked a driver to pull ahead if some food was taking longer to cook so others could be served. read more

The service at lunchtime is ridiculous. One register open with 2 ladies taking 5 or more minutes to place and order and no other register is opened. This store has heave traffic and no one thinks to accommodate for that at lunch. To top it off, someone came in with 2 fake service dogs and they stink. Worst whataburger ever. read more

Went this morning to grab a quick breakfast for my family and had to wait 15 mins. There was only one car in front of me! The lady got my order total wrong twice. It went from around $5 to $10! So Beverly... obnoxious manager of Whataburger in Seguin, on 123... this review is for you. I called in an order at 9:40 pm. The nice lady said it'd be ready in 5 minutes. I showed up in 15 minutes because I've been told over the phone before it'd be 5 mins and I still had to wait 20 mins when I got there. So I'm there and I told the cashier my name and she turned around, knocked on your closet and yelled "I told you... I could've had them ready by now!" Then you popped out of your closet and told me people have been pranking you by calling in late night orders and not picking them up. So in all your wisdom YOU instructed them not to make my order. I was in a rush and told you I expected my order to be ready which is why I called it in. You said "oh don't worry they're about to drop the veggies, it'll only be a few minutes." I then waited another 10 mins for my food. Maybe stop taking phone orders if you don't plan to fill them. Also while I was waiting I heard another customer complain about you Beverly... also your own workers were rolling their eyes at you. Don't blame them, maybe be a better manager.
