Ok, I see the hype of these burgers. That was probably my favorite fast food burger I've had. I loved the topping options and avocado was an option, yum. The bacon was crispy and flavorful and they weren't stingy. I had a double Junior and that was ac lot! I also enjoyed some onion rings. They were solid. I need to try the fries next time. Holy moly, the soft drinks are huge. The employee at the window was over the top nice. We waited a little longer than some fast food, but I feel like it was more fresh; therefore, that didn't bother me. I did have to go back inside for my ketchup, which is a pet peeve of mine so I took away one star. Overall, great experience. I would definitely return. read more

Hard to believe this place can suck as bad as the Newnan one but it does. Nobody to take your order so you have to use their annoying kiosks. Had to clean the table ourselves because it hadn't been wiped down. Food took a while to come out. Order was wrong. Ordered a junior and regular burger and got two juniors. The wrappers were covered with ketchup and mustard as somebody had it all over their hands. Our drinks were missing, too. Then when we went to get our drinks there wasn't any ice in the dispenser -- and flagging someone down was a huge pain because only God knows what every employee was doing back there. We went to the Newnan location twice then quit going. This was our second visit to this joke of a place. Never again. Hard to believe how awful Whataburger is around here considering how good they are in Texas. Maybe the franchisee needs to have their contract revoked because they stink. read more

This is my favorite fast food establishment. The food is always fresh and delicious. The management makes you feel welcome. They bring your food to your table. If you are not happy they will make things right. I've never had a bad meal there. My favorite is the Whattacatch fish sandwich. The fish was crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside. It comes with a big piece of fish, fresh lettuce, tomato and tartar sauce. read more

Otherwise, this restaurant is terrible, food is slow, cold, and the managers always have rude attitudes, you can literally here them yelling from the lobby. First and last time spending my money here. Arrived and ordered at 10:03 for breakfast and there was one family sitting down and waiting for food and 5 cars in drive thru. We ordered at kiosk and sat down amongst the dirty tables and employee table with their personal stuff on it. Napkin bin empty and no forks. Food finally arrived at 10:21. We have become regular customers athe the Fischer Crossing Whataburger in Sharpsburg. As good as the Whataburger burgers are, the Whataburger chicken will hold its own against any chicken joint. First time ordering from this location and we ordered breakfast. The food was OK but the hashbrowns were terrible. They were stuck together and tasted like old oil. Pancakes were useless as they didn't put any butter or syrup in the bag. Their pancakes are good, so make sure you are at home with some standby syrup and butter when you eat them and not at work. read more

The drive thru has a huge disparity in line length. The line closest to the building was rolling through one right after the other. However, the workers either didn't care about the other line or were too lazy to walk out of the building to bring food out to paying customers. I waited in line for 45 minutes while there were people in the other line who ordered 30 minutes after me that go their food and left 10 minutes before I got mine. It started out well at this new Whataburger however it has gone down hill fast. Whataburger is my favorite brand and I had been so excited about it opening close to my home. But the service and food has been awful. Waiting for fresh food is fine but the service is slow and the food is awful. The burger is cold and not fresh and the last visit all my fries were not cooked and soggy! This company needs to be more engaged in training their employees and doing quality control. It's a shame that they have gone down hill so fast. I will stand down and tell others to do as well until with hope they can fix the awful service and food!
