My food was perfectly cooked to order. My patty melt was amazing. My French fries were perfectly fried and piping hot. I appreciate to have to wait a bit if everything is being prepared fresh. I dined in. One other couple was in the dining area. It was very peaceful. The staff bought out my food and all needed condiments. Excellent. Family Vacation to Bossier City was fantastic. I only had Whataburger once in my life in Rogers Arkansas's. I thought I died and went to heaven. Second time Shreveport la I was let down big time. ONE OF THE BEST I unapologetically pride myself on being a Whataburger afficiando. To me it is the best fast food chain period. And this location in Shreveport, yes Shreveport, in a north suburban shopping center, about 500' from Stage and just south of the Waffle House is one of the best: clean, consistent, lots of seating, and an efficient staff. 24/7, PREPPED TO ORDER, "MINUTE MADE" LITE Fast food at this location is more like slow-and-steady food. Yep it takes longer to get an order but the 1/4" onion slivers are perfectly diced, pickles are symmetrically hand placed, and the freshly crisped fries are improbably plump. Even better, with over a dozen self-serve beverages they actually have Minute Made Lemonade 5 calorie Lite. FYI TO WHATABURGER'S GRACED NEWBEES: #1 with cheese no tomatoes, extra ketchup packs. The ketchup at Whataburger is synthetic ambrosia: tart and dark because they cut it with A1 Steak Sauce, it comes in scoopable tubs. Save them for Christmas gifts! read more

It's a good place to eat after a drunken night or a late night snack but if you're going for a family order, they're guaranteed to MESS IT UP. My family and I live 0.2 miles from this location and we eat here regularly and they have yet to get this order right. Some days I will go back in and let them know and get the things fixed or other days I just leave with the messed up order. The other day I had to deal with them for over an hour. It's a family of 5. They cannot get 5 meals correct to probably save their lives. We don't order anything extravagant just the normal burger, cannot even remember to ADD CHEESE or forget the onions! The lady in the drive thru constantly rushes me and asks "does this complete your order" after EVERY meal in a rude tone. Usually the customer service is amazing and they're friendly but they are not for the big orders! read more

My mediocre rating of this store is because of their tendency to serve warmed over meat patties that have obviously been precooked. No way an order should take two minutes to be brought to your table. By contrast, the two newer Whataburger's consistently serve freshly cooked and juicy burgers. Ate around 4pm today 1/19/19. Wife had jr combo whataburger and I had pattymelt, with grilled onions , ff and large drink. Wife's burger also came with ff and small drink. Price was $14.10 with tax. I forgot to ask for senior discount. Burgers were good and fries were fair; more like crunchy potatoes. All in all was satisfied but not overly impressed. Price was high in my estimation.
